Horrible after sales - Ordered the watch on 28th November, money taken out instantly, no update since, no response to emails, no way to contact them. 10/01/2020 - Update - I have received my watch today - but not exactly the version I ordered (Blade Blaze) as that was apparently out of stock with no ETA on availability. Was asked to choose another model - which I did. It was not a great experience overall, but I think it was unfair to mark them 1 star, so upgrading them to 2

Service are Slow.

Ordered my watch on 18th June. Was following up on order to be shipped. On 27th they asked that i haven't updated my shipping address and till it is not provided they cant ship. Provided them with my address on 30th June. Until today 4th July, they are not replying to my emails now. Very Bad shipping time service.

My watch broke - the crown came dislodged after me having it on for 6 days. When contacted, they were very fast and responsive - they asked me to send photos of the watch. I did so, and they said I am to send the watch back to an address in China - Zinvo will send me a new watch, and reimburse my postage. So the watch went back to them - and that's when things started going awry. I could see that the postal service was attempting delivery - but nobody was there to get the watch - twice. When it finally showed as delivered, Zinvo could not confirm that - it took awhile. I was asked to send the bill for postage - and my payment details - but nothing happened. I have been waiting for my watch since 1 May. There have been 21 emails in the meanwhile - and I still do not have a watch, or my money. And no apology either. Update on original review: Zinvo reached out to me the very day the first review went up. Asked me to revise my rating upwards. I told them that I would consider it once they had fulfilled their part of the promise - deliver a watch and my money. They asked me to provide them my address, receipt and paypal details for the 3rd time (I kid you not), and I complied. And since then, it's gone very quiet - AGAIN. They had promised to dispatch my new watch by the end of the week - that hasn't happened either. This isn't appalling anymore - it's outrageous!

I’m now in the process of ordering a watch for my boyfriend. I’ve only received the order number and no information about when it’s being shipped. I’ve emailed the company four times. I’m requesting the information or an immediate refund. I need information on order #9153. That is the full number.
