Fast shipping, great product, very well made. You can tell they really are into what they do by the well thought out design in general. Would of been five stars if the band had one or two more notches to tighten down. It runs a bit too big for my wrist but other than that. Everything else is stellar

I hope that in the future the support service will work with the main goal to improve the business and not to close an incoming request. Perhaps, then, there will be much fewer requests to the service. At the moment, my rate is more of an advance for a start-up business.

January 7, 2020 Update to review: Wanted to let all know that my faith in Zinvo has been restored. While I'm still waiting on my order which is backordered for another month, Britney has been in close contact with me and tried everything to make this right and a good experience. Moving my rating to Great just based on Britney in customer service. Will review again when my item arrives. Thank you Britney!!!! I'm going to jump on this bandwagon and say I'm not happy with the service. I have emailed 3 times and tried to call only to be told voicemail is full. I placed my order on 12/6 and money came out of my credit card on 12/9 when I check the Zinvo order status it says unfulfilled and the cost is $23,120 on my receipt. I need to know from someone that you aren't going to charge me that and if you will be filling my order as it is a Christmas present. My order number is 15814.

I ordered on Black Friday; 2 watches. Finally I received them today after 2,5 week. But I must say the watches are great, so it was worth the waiting. @Zinvo; please keep people informed about the delay.

I waited a month and a half for a watch, which in the end is not that bad. I don't mind waiting, but would be great if I was provided with info on what's going on with my watch. That's my only concern. Watch is amazing, and the material seems very quality. My recommendation to zinvo is to double the price, remove any discounts whatsoever and put more effort into customer service.

We ordered a watch in November 2018. The parcel was sent from USA to Ukraine by USPS. But it was lost somewhere along the road. ZINVO sent a watch again by FedEx. We have already got a watch. We are so pleased about it. Thank you so much, ZINVO! And especially thanks to Katie for her attention, understanding, for all she has done for us! I ordered a watch on the 23rd of july and never recieved a tracking number or a response, the customer service number only goes to voice mail and my emails are unanswered. But my money was taken immediately from my credit card.Now after 2 weeks with no reply im slowly wondering if I got scammed or not.. Update 14.8. I was contacted by Zivno and they promised to deliver the watch as soon as possible- let's hope the best ! Even accepted a new delivery adress now and seem to be very helpful. I will update when the watch really arrived. Update 21.8. Finally the watch arrived - now everything fine !
