Bonjour à tous voila aprés plus de deux mois d'attente et de nombreux mails je n'ai pas reçu ma commande (rupture de stock) mais j'ai eu le plaisir d'être remboursé de celle-ci. Je n'aurai donc jamais ma montre mais visiblement le plus simple est de ce rendre chez un de leurs distributeurs... Je tiens à remercier Kristina qui durant plusieurs semaines et plusieurs mails, ma tenu informé régulièrement de l'avancée de la situation. Je conseille donc en cas de problèmes de la contacter directement à son adresse mail. il suffit pour cela d'écrire un avis sur Trustpilot elle prendra contact avec vous directement. Found out about zinvo last year and waited to order. I went with Blade Corsa. Yes it took a bunch of time to deliver but wow this watch is something 10 times better than what I expected. I didnt mind waiting but especially now that I am in love with the watch, I do not regret anything. As long as I get updated with the process and get a product I truly love, I will be a happy customer.

I’m now in the process of ordering a watch for my boyfriend. I’ve only received the order number and no information about when it’s being shipped. I’ve emailed the company four times. I’m requesting the information or an immediate refund. I need information on order #9153. That is the full number.

Order in August, and still no shows, we do not even answer me by mail !!!!
