I am upgrading from a four year old Dell machine to it's current version. Oh my goodness the changes! I initially tried to do the migration myself but soon was swamped. Someone recommended Zinstall and although it is expensive, I thought it would be worth it. My computer is a huge support to my life and any potential screw up would be catastrophic. I don't have the right connections that they suggest and when I tried doing it over Wi-Fi after 14 hours it was only 9%. So I coughed up the $99 for professional technical support (boy, am I glad I only have to do this every 4.5 years as my machine is about to go out of extended warranty). Was it worth it - you're darn toot'n and the technician was great. It took all day but the new system is running perfectly with a lot of personal help and advice along the way. I give it my most enthusiastic recommendation.

This software is the bomb, I only had to re-install one piece of software out of hundreds. I was just blown away, my desktop matched (all icons worked) and all files were where they were supposed to be. Just amazing. The only real issue I had was the start menu was not working after the transfer, but the tech people had it fixed in no time using remote connection software. I'm very impressed with the product and superb support, I will be using them again. I had to return my new computer, so they do offer a 50% discount for new licenses, however I would paid full price again without hesitation if I had too. I give it 10 STARS!!! Thanks

I bought this to transfer extensive proprietary programs and data from a Vista machine to a brand new computer running Windows 7 (my choice not to get Windows 10). I turned off all firewalls and security. My biggest concern was that you download the software and then it tells you you need to turn off security. Then you start over and over and download it many times before it is really activated. After activating both machines, with an Ethernet cable, it still took over 3 hours to transfer just 134 gigs. Rather than showing a progress bar they should have a timer indicating approximately time left to completion. After all, everything transferred well. Just a clunky start.

1) Zinstall works amazingly well, much better than the many other systems I've tried. 2) Their support is unbelievably good. 3) I don't know how they make any money with software that well developed, supported and so affordable.

Even though the Windows 10 re-install operation was not successful, due to my odd and obsolete device, I was given all the support available, with all the possible options tried on line. If something goes wrong, you can rely on Zinstall standing behind their product both technically and financially.

Great customer service. Setup was super easy. Prompt/on time phone call to initiate the process. James walked me through the details and listened to my concerns.

This is an excellent, easy to use program. Backups start simply and there are no issues with the backups. I had an initial problem with my subscription and I opened a chat window with a support person....took less than 5 minutes to take care of it...great service!

So I needed to get an XP machine backup and running. The old machine died but the hard drive was still good. I installed and ran zinstaller-xp7 and it took about 10 minutes to create and build an image. it is awesome and works great! Love this product and the support was outstanding
