After 10 years of listing my property at $6-700k, Zillow's estimate dropped to $235k. No changes in ownership, house status, neighborhood. Whatever they are doing to compute value, it doesn't work.

Got an agent through zillow to see a property. They came late, dressed poorly and did not even know where the keys were. Spent 10 minutes trying to open door with the wrong keys. I found the lockbox with right keys! yapped incessantly right inside the doorway about herself. I had to turn my back on her and say well let me look at this. Knew nothing about the place and gave us zero info. Over 2 weeks and zillow agent never called back when I left message for more info. Guess she doesn't like to sell property. Picked out our own agent and now have several places we need to chose from within 2 days.

Apparently Zillow doesn't accept negative reviews no matter how detailed, especially about real estate agents. Take those "positive" reviews with a grain of salt. My real estate agent was a nightmare to work with, yet Zillow won't allow my thoughts without requiring multiple edits and detail you don't find in the positive reviews. Let the buyer beware and search elsewhere to leave less than favorable reviews.

The reason why I sold my home to Zillow was because it was promised to be fast and easy funds were supposed to be able with my account within 24 hours which they escrow company that they use prominent escrow are a bunch of liars the funds weren’t in my account until five days later they put me in a world of trouble me and my family moving across the state don’t seek your home to zillow if you don’t want to go through a bad experience.

If you think of listing your home by owner avoid this site. All you get are realtors calling day and night. They have zero phone support for sellers but a devoted line for realtors. My home had 2338 views and 68 saves and no email from possible purchasers. I thought it was odd and had four different people fill out the contact agent-my email as they would not publish my phone number and nothing came through. A rip and we listed with a variable rate broker. BTW Trulia is also owned by zillow so I would avoid them.

Not very polite. Didn't bother to read our emails, and worse, purposefully left my spouse out of the conversation when it was clear he needed to be part of the conversation. I would add him to the response, the woman I was working with from Zillow, would leave him out each time she emailed us. My husband is 50% owner and should always be in the conversation. We decided to move on and go with a friend who is a real estate agent. He knows more about selling homes.

I contacted Zillow yesterday. It give me a number to contact agent about an apartment in James Island. Jane Oleary is her name. When my wife called her, she was incredibly rude. Resisted direct answers to a couple questions we asked. One question about a particular, location . Jane told my wife this rental was in a building !!! How arrogant can a person be. Was she drunk ? I've talked to alot of business people in my life. This was the worst experience EVER !!! If Zillow has employees like this, STAY AWAY FROM ZILLOW !!!!!!!!
