I shared with her that we were planning on driving up the next day and look at the property. This happened in less than 2 full days. Angie diligently communicated with us the entire trip. In 2013, I decided I was ready to buy my first home, and I ended up looking in a subdivision in Boiling Springs to view their home. After the on-site selling agent realized I was retired Air Force, and was entitled to certain perks from my USAA affiliation that she wasn’t privy to, she referred me to Sarah Franks from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Young & Company, because she was an active participant in their program that gave monetary rewards to buyers that used their approved agents. Sarah showed me a move-in ready home in the Inman area that I purchased. Further, she answered all of my million questions, pointed out noted discrepancies during the walk-through, ascertained those issues were corrected prior to me signing on the dotted line, and basically was there for me during the entire process, from cradle-to-grave. As previously stated, my home ownership adventure began in 2013 and Sarah has been and continues to be the Realtor I use. She exhibits so much energy when assisting me with buying and/or selling my homes that I constantly call her the “energized bunny.” Furthermore, and in my opinion, she bends-over-backwards to make certain that the buyer is comfortable and understands everything that’s involved, she has meticulous attention to detail when doing a walk-thru and reviewing the closing documents, and she’s not solely in it for the money—because even after the transaction is complete, she continues to reaches out to find out how things are going, and inquire if there’s anything she can assist with. In fact, Sarah has been a god sent and an angel. We started our relationship with my first home in 2013, and five homes and twelve years later, she’s the only realtor that I will use. In fact, I truly wish that she could be a dual agent on the next home that I sell and/or buy, because individuals that exhibits an untiringly behavior and treat every home as if it’s their own, and continues to be in your life after the purchase has concluded, should be rewarded for their career path— because they deserve to be compensated monetarily; resulting in grateful and happy repeat clients, such as myself.
