ZillowReviews of zillow.com

YOU CANNOT VIEW ACUAL LISTING BEFORE PUBLISHING!!! CRAPPY PLATFORM. DON'T DO IT! used my account to set uP property rental and published to find that zillow had the property address incorrect despite the fact that I had rented thorough them before. Uploading photos very very slow waste of my time altogether. The address was prefilled incorrectly so my "free listing" was used up and I had to pay them the fee which is probably what this is ALL about.

Zillow is a horrible sight if you are looking for leasing. They allow inaccurate information regarding the rental, they do not remove listing that's not available. The homes are horrible and a waste of time, pictures out dated. You will have more luck dealing with realtors. Don't waste your time

Tina Kucera Realtor Cape Coral, FL We sold our home and this Realtor represented the buyers. She had them overbid the asking price and then attempted to try and find fault with the home to lower the price which did not work. At the time of offer acceptance we asked and had in the contract that the house was not contingent on appraisal. This realtor stated no the buyers will cover the difference, 2 days before closing she called and stated the buyers were backing out unless we lowered the house price. We were in the middle of closing on another home and planned on using proceeds towards it. she offered no negotiation. We were told the lender would not loan them the money, I actually called him and he said this was not true. The whole ordeal with this lady was a mess. She is a nasty person with an attitude. No wonder Relators have a bad name - YOU ARE A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY REALTORS HAVE A BAD NAME

I contacted Zillow for them to purchase. They gave me a high approximate number pending an inspection. Inspection never happened and offer was withdrawn based on inspector's review of not to purchase. Inspector claimed there was a large police presence on the block due to a domestic matter. I checked the Colorado Springs Police Dept website where all incidents are recorded. No such occurrence.

Listed my 500k+ property on Zillow in the hot seller's market and got nothing.. and its on purpose. They act like they are innovative and re-thinking the industry whereas they are 100% only catering to the old agent oligarchy. When you list on Zillow, NOW, it shows only on the 'other listings' unless you come through a listing agent. Nobody clicks that button. Or even pays attention. So,.. since my house does not show on the primary page, I'm now stuck giving 3% of my nestegg to a listing agent where Zillow may have gotten a buyer referral if someone wanted to "contact agent". I just listed with an agent and asked that MLS used but Zillow is NOT. I want NOBODY to even click a button that gives Zillow a commission/referral. What a screwed up system in the U.S. we have.. its the good ol-traditional racket and Zillow is just part of that racket now. And its all about $$$$ .. no innovation, just $$$. It's the good ole boys network over there.

I have been using Zillow to find a home. I've been looking for some time now and every house I have been interested in is listed on Zillow as for sale and every single time I inquire about each house I'm told it is pending or under contract, but in the listing the houses are show as for sale. Also I have seen some property listed twice for different asking prices. Another issue that I found is that Zillow doesn't factor in VA home loan when you plug in the numbers to see if you cam afford a certain house. As most know with a VA home loan one doesn't need a down payment. It as if Zillow is discouraging people from using a VA loan. My answer to Zillow is to actually use a Realtor and not Zillow!!!!

Zillow and Trulia are partners, and both of those companies are deceiving, disrespecting, and violating peoples rights with false advertisement. In my experience, since they offer free assessments to the public. I entered my address 9247 E 3500 S, Randlett, UT 84063 in their site sometime ago, but not only they never provided a truthful assessment, but they used my address to advertised their site with false information to the public about the property. I requested for them to remove all the wrongful information and dissociate their companies from my address but they refused. I'm in the process to file a complaint to my Congressperson for review of their business practices, and abuse to the public

I wrote an honest review about a realtor I contacted from their website. She didn't ever respond to my initial inquiry. I asked Zillow customer service why they wouldn't publish my review and they wouldn't give me a clear response. If a realtor gives money to Zillow then the poor reviews are deleted imo. I wouldn't trust their realtor finder at all. Use at your own risk.
