I'm righting this review for a real estate agent Jeremy Russell That works for RE/MAX. He is the listing agent for a house in Easley sc i put in a offer on and went into contract for. Well I put in the earnest money for 1750 and I found out that the furnace was the original furnace from 1969 and it didnt work and you cant get parts for it anymore.So i tried to work it out with seller to replace it and we couldn't come up with a agreement about it so i pulled out the deal and he took half the earnest money from me. This is unethical and dishonest to take my money from me. The house was not listed AS IS and It was not disclosed that the furnace didn't work!I had the right to pull out for a bad furnace!!!!it was still under the due diligence period And the funny thing is this house was under contract two time this year.And the gas meter was locked. I eventually got them to turn on the gas... So wow 875 X 3 = $2625. token from buyers. Wow the owner will soon have enough money to replace the furnace!!! So be aware of Jeremy Russell LIC #68826.

I agree with the other reviews about Zillow’s false advertisement with its $29 fee for aplications to apply for 30days. Realizing it after $90 , that never new listings, that owners or property managers dont even use Zillow’s applications, or background and credit checks! 100% a scam on the way they work. They need to be STOPPED!!

My house pictures 314 east 137 ave is not updated and Zillow has 4 repeated photos please it need to be fixed.Roberto Soto(owner)

Zillow Rental services fraudulently advertises that a $29.99 application fee for home rentals will apply for 30-days on any homes you investigate renting from management companies that advertise their property’s for rent on the Zillow site. Today two separate home rental management firms in Sacramento California stated that they don’t authorize the use of Zillow pre-qualification services and that the Zillow charge was fraud. Basically the Zillow fraudulent clam resulted in my family a $29.99 charge for nothing since the qualification process they say is being done on our behalf is not recognized by rental management firms.

Good to see homes but terrible accuracy in regards to the market. Even when homes are listed by the owners for one price Zillow makes up its own prices and don’t even have key features such as sq footage.

I received notice today via email that I was charged to list my house. I AM NOT RENTING MY HOUSE. And cannot get ahold of anyone in Zillow via phone. this is fraudulent.

The new look Zillow is very hard to find homes in and around the area you want to live. Before they showed a map of the are with colored circles if the home was for sale, rent, or recently sold. The new site is useless for buyers

Zillow is a scam or...you landlords are? So why have someone pay $29 to apply to some of the zillow homes just to end up having them send a separate application with a separate fee? I spent $29 just to pay $50+ more on a separate application that the landlord requires? I don't get it? Don't fall for it. On top of that, it seems like yall been slipping throughout the years cause all these scams are now on zillow...smh, do better.
