Zillow Zestimate used to be a somewhat accurate estimate now in fall 2022 they have been grossly underestimating property that’s sold, I’ve seen it off around 60k. Bring back your old algorithm it worked way better!

Most of the houses on here are outrageously priced for what they offer since the pandemic these landlords have become extremely greedy houses that should cost $800 to $900 a month are now 14 to 1500 a month. I hope those houses sit on the market for several months. Y’all are asking $1400 a month for houses that don’t even have a fireplace or anything special to offer. And some of these houses are in horrible neighborhoods.

I would never use or trust anything posted or created by Zillow. They allow a person to write and post a false and wildly inaccurate review full of lies about someone with no way to verify the validity of the review. They have no way to contact them except an 800 number where you have to leave a message than no one returns. I'm left with no option other than to file a lawsuit for slander, libel and defamation of character against Zillow and it's executive leadership team. Zillow should be shut down immediately

I’m awaiting to see if the realtor posts information about the road easement of ingress & regress to 75 Racing Lane, Hendersonville, NC 28792. It’s owned by adjoining owners and there has to be a road maintenance agreement on the private road that belongs to the servant estate owners. There’s even restrictions on these property concerning chickens.

I have reached out to 1,088 apartment listings on Zillow, Hotpads and Trulia. I have paid my $29,three different times. I still have yet to move into my new apartment! I feel like I am being discriminated against because I have a Section 8 voucher by Nycha for a 1bdrm. Every single time I answer any questions about my annual income: SSI, credit score: 743. I am then ignored and that's the end of that. Plenty agents reach out but do NOT follow up with moving forward. Waste of my time, life and money!

The 1 star is a gift from the software. We applied to rent a home through Zillow, and the owner did not disclose that the house had HVAC issues. It wasn’t on the website. She made us run our credit and everything to let us know later that the house wouldn’t be available for the day we had agreed. Now we gotta find another place and run our credit again because they ruined for us. Dishonest.
