Horrible customer service! Had a representative act extremely unprofessional, ignorant and classless. Very disappointed

Zilow is a total 100% waste of your time. We've been trying to rent a home for 6 months now. All we get as a reply from zillow is an email to follow through with are request. WHAT? Follow through??? We are never contacted by anyone then the home is off market. This company is one big sham. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I hate the name zillow now.

Zillow changed their format so the average person cannot find For Sale By Owners. You have to know to click on the "other listing" box or you never see them. I can't find anyplace easy to inform you of that. If you don't want to list them just do away with the service, don't make people feel like they are using a useful service.

I have lived at Deleware on Primrose starting my 3rd year. Love the location! Grounds kept very clean. Security drives through every night. Highly recommend Pamela Hayter

Zillow for free or for sale by owner is a joke! I listed our property for 3 months & never got 1 e-mail or phone call & we live in a tourist area where land is sought after! It also lacks for you to add valuable info on your listing. You get what you pay for or “not” !!

Don’t trust Zillow. They don’t check out their vendors trying to steal your information. Horrible experience. Save yourself

Jordan Smith is very kind and respectful. He is the best He works hard to help get your house sold. He is dependable, honest and trustworthy. He looks out for your best interest. He will be there when you need him to answer question or if there is something you don't understand. His staff is very friendly and helpful. He and his staff will keep you informed and make things as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend him. I would definately use him again

Michelle Mertins was a true go getter from beginning to closing. She was honest and kept us informed all the way thru. I can't say enough good about her performance in selling our home.
