I found a house I wanted to see on Zillow. I filled out the form on Zillow to be contacted. That evening I had communication w/ a realtor named Brian White who said he would get back in touch when an appointment was scheduled. It’s now been 2 1/2 days and I’ve heard nothing. I then get a text with someone asking if I got the help I needed from Brian White, I replied no. They apologized & said they’d connect me with another agent who might be a better fit. They asked if they could give me a call, I replied yes &no phone call. That was 24 hours ago and I’ve still heard nothing. I will NEVER go thru Zillow to see a listing. In my experience & opinion these people were totally unprofessional

Zillow as an agency allows the public to slander individuals through their forum. They hold no accountability or pre-requisite, allowing for en-masse false reporting. This directly affects the people being slandered as well as others in the industry. Zillow INVITED me to sue them for this. If something like this has happened to you, please reach out - I'd love to turn this into a class action suit.

A WARNING TO HOUSE SELLERS I am a buyer, and have just closed my Zillow account due their consistent SPAMMING, even after I have unsubscribed from emails 10x over the last 2 weeks. I'm now using Redfin.com

Angie Binegar is our Realtor. I called from Lake Worth Beach, Florida and Angie Binegar was the first person to pick up my call. I shared with her that we were planning on driving up the next day and look at the property. This happened in less than 2 full days. Angie diligently communicated with us the entire trip. Her professionalism and attention to detail shines. Now, we are driving back up to do the final walkthrough and Angie will be right there with us. I am not a novice when it comes to real estate purchases, be it commercial, industrial, agricultural or residential. We own properties in all of these categories. The most important statement I can say is, “Angie listened & she did not blow us off, she made us feel valued and seen.”

Enough with the clickbait garbage! If a house doesn’t have pictures, stop just putting pictures of another house just to try to get people to click on your site. What scummy tactics. Do better…
