After researching many pellet smokers, I chose the Z Grill because of it's history, the price point, the value for my money. After using my Z Grill now for several years, it has been an excellent performer, the customer service has been outstanding when needed! I continue to HIGHLY recommend the Z Grill to everyone I talk to about smokers...Charlie F.

I was impressed with the instructions and how all the parts came together perfectly. The wifi app is impressive and smoker holds temp within 5 degrees. Overall great experience.

The Grill was easy to assemble and appears to be of good quality. My last grill literally rusted away until one of the legs dropped off. I have good hopes for my new Z Grill and have tested it and am impressed by it's temperature control ability. The one issue I have is that when I upgraded to new WIFI controls I found it was programmed to operate with the antiquated 2.4 g system instead of 5 g . I set up an old router to make it work.

So far I have used it 4 times and absolutely no complaints works great. Bought it to replace my Cabela's "smoker" grill. It is 100x better and the app works perfectly.

I purchased a Blind Box from Z GRILLS June, 2024. It quit working properly in July. Received a new auger for the pellets end of October, 2024. It worked great for the couple weeks used until winter. Now that it is being used again the temperature won’t hold. The auger is not working properly again. Called and emailed customer service twice in the last week with no response. Would never recommend this company!

Dear Sue, First of all, thank you for being part of our Blind Box program. We truly appreciate your support and are very sorry to hear about your recent experience. Please allow us to escalate your case immediately. If you could kindly share your order number or email us again at [[email protected]] with “Urgent: Blind Box Support Follow-up” in the subject line, we’ll prioritize your case for resolution. Z Grill is an absolute joke. Bought my grill last summer used it for a month and it kept throwing Error codes. Finally Z grills sent me a new hopper. It has worked for about 2 months and same thing. I would NEVER spend another dime on this cheap company.

I purchased a 700D4E in July of 2024. So far I have smoked Ribs, pulled pork and brisket. All were amazing. I have grilled steaks and hamburgers. Temperature control is great. It is easy to clean no issues. Would purchase again.
