franchement trés trés bof !

Horrible!!!! I ordered a coffee table in March...was delivered damaged 3 times. It looked like the same table with touch up paint. The representative refused to ship my order after 3 times and canceled my order. CHEAP OVERPRICED PRODUCTS!! BUYER BEWARE.

I went to Z Gallery store number 31 and I was very Very disappointed not with what I bought because everything was gorgeous . Sad to say your store has the laziest managers I have ever seen !! The lady that helped me was the sweetest girl & most helpful girl, she help me put an extra large Rug in my truck, while the lazy managers just watched us struggle the whole time we were loading it in the back of my truck & tying it up. This happened 10/11/20 at around 5:30 I really hope someone higher in charge sees this message.

Wish I could put zero stars... had a picture hanging for a year.. out of no where the frame falls apart and falls luckily not injuring anyone. The frame cracked so we call customer service and we ordered the $600 picture 1 year and 5 days after warranty was up and received it under a year later... they did nothing!!! It had nothing to do with how it was hung... the screws literally ripped out of the frame and cracked.. My entire house is full of their decor... horrible customer service... will never shop there again...

I've always been a customer of ZGallery in Paramus. Before purchasing a large amount of furniture I tried looking for reviews and couldn't find any. Ha! This website had them all. My bad experience was customer service. My issue was the actual quality of the furniture you purchase. First Of all it takes forever for you to get what you ordered. I was understandable because the Morgan sofas were so nice. The furniture are expensive but I don't mind paying if the quality is good. You are better off buying from Bobs furniture!!!!! I swear I had my sofas delivered in August 2020 the very next day the fabric looked like I had it for years. Of course there's no refund! The quality is cheap but the sofas actually cost me around 4K. Please take your money somewhere else! I know everything looked nice but the reality is they are over priced and quality are extremely cheap. My sister bought bobs furniture and paid 200.00 and her sofas look brand new! I can't repeat this enough it's not worth the hassle please take Ur money else where!!!!

Z Gallerie does not even deserve 1 star. The customer service here is beyond terrible. I had ordered a Roberto bed, although it came earlier than expected, but they had forgotten the slats for the bed; which is almost pointless of receiving this item earlier than expected. Had to call customer service 4x before anyone would take ownership of the problem/case. Every agent will tell you it'll take 24-48 hours. Unfortunately you will have to call every day until you get an answer from someone. Finally, they ordered the slats and had it delivered today, and AGAIN... they sent me only ONE SLAT out of FOUR. This is beyond unbelievable and so unprofessional. Furniture here isn't cheap, so you would expect them to get this right the first time. I escalated to Supervisor and I have not heard anything back! I will never order from them again.

Placed the order ($2,563.69) on July 16 and still haven't received the order (October). The customer service said he couldn't see the order status, no guarantee delivery date and no way of cancelation! I will never come back. Stay away from the company!!!!

I'm so glad I checked reviews before i ordered anything. It sounds like they're a sinking ship and sending whatever's left to customers, and refusing to honor full returns. Thank you all your sharing your experiences.
