⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience working with Ronaldo from Z Gallerie’s customer service team. My husband had purchased a beautiful piece for our anniversary to celebrate the upcoming arrival of our baby girl. Unfortunately, when we finally opened the package, we discovered that the glass had been damaged during delivery. Being eight months pregnant, dealing with the logistics of returning such a large and heavy item was the last thing I wanted to worry about. Thankfully, Ronaldo made the entire process so much easier. He was incredibly understanding, responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a solution that worked for us.
