They tried to steal $90 from me. I ordered a tray that did not arrive for SIX MONTHS. Every time I called, they told me to wait a little longer. Now, they told me the tray has been discontinued, and if I hadn’t called they would not have returned my money. They refused to give me anything more than a refund and the supervisor PRETENDED NOT TO HEAR ME ON THE PHONE AND HUNG UP.

This store should CLOSE AND NEVER RETURN.. I’ve brought furniture from home goods and Marshall’s and they bring the item to your truck .. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I PURCHASED A SOFA AND WAS NEVER TOLD THEY DONT BRING THE SOFA OUT.. A RANDOM MAN AND LADY ON THE STREET HELPED ME GET IT IN A TRUCK I RENTED .. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. the manger and his kiss ass side kick are a JOKE!

I’ve never seen so many negative reviews. I’ve been a long time shopper of zgallerie. I’ve marveled over the beautiful and unique pieces although I see them as extremely overpriced but never less still shopped there and enjoyed my purchases mostly mirrors and accessories not so much furniture. I recently purchased a sofa and I hate it. It’s the worst quality ever. I ordered some expensive pillows from them hoping it will help. My pillows are scheduled to deliver midAugust to lateSeptember. This is early July. I recently call for an ETA and that’s the answer I received. Zgallerie a word of advice, YOU GOT TO DO BETTER. You’re one of the few stores that still charge for delivery, your service is slow and your technology is non existence. I love quality high end decor and you’re forcing me to shop elsewhere.

This is a horrible company. Do not purchase from them. I purchased 6 dining room chairs at a cost of $379.00 each. After less than 6 months the seat cushion collapsed in one of the chairs. I contacted them. I believed they would exchange the chair for another. They told me that because it was used they cannot offer an exchange. These chairs are in my formal dining room which gets little to no use. Now most of the chair seats squeak when someone sits in them. Dining chairs should last longer than 6 months.

I recently bought a vase from the Zgallerie. A few days later, the vase went on sale from $99 to $68. Their policy states that you have 14 days from the date of purchase to get a price adjustment in this situation. I called them on day 10, asking for the difference to be refunded. The customer service representative, said that they would only give me a gift card for the difference, I couldn’t get my $34 back. Why would they not want to give the money back? On what ground? To force you to spend the money back in their store? That’s the kind of thing that’s so upsetting, that I would never want to buy anything else from them. The customer service is horrible! They actually don’t even care about customer retention! The guy’s attitude was “I don’t care if you never buy from this store ever again! No, I don’t recommend them at all!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had to return a couch due to defects! They told me once the couch was picked up, I would be refunded. The couch was picked up in May 2020, and it’s now July 7th and I still haven’t been refunded. When I call they say “they’ll look into it again” or “a supervisor will give you a call back”. It’s like I’m spinning in circles. Wish I had read some reviews before I shopped with them! Avoid shopping with them at any cost ( pun intended).

I ordered a bed from Z Gallerie in late March 2020 and was told that it would be delivered in early-mid May 2020. This time-frame was ok for me because I knew that I was having hosting out-of-town guest in mid August. I've checked the site for delivery updates and the time keeps changing; it went from mid May to mid-late June. June has come and gone and I still have not received my bed. I called and requested a refund and they denied my request and then stated if they offer the refund I'd have to pay a 50% restocking fee. They're unable to deliver the product that I paid for and unwilling to refund my money. DO NOT SHOP WITH Z Gallerie!!!!!

Received an email from them saying that something on my “Wishlist” was on sale. When I clicked on the item and added it to my cart, the price was more. I contacted customer service. They never replied via email. After finally calling them and explained the problem, I was told they can’t honor the price because of a system error. 3 weeks later they finally respond to the email apology for the delay blaming it on Covid (not sure how that’s the fault). I explain what happened, and she responded telling me their policy about being able to change prices at any time. I will never shop with them again. Most stuff is overpriced anyways.
