If you shop online they make it IMPOSSIBLE to return stuff. They agreed to pay for a return and then they didn’t, they changed their mind. Who does that? Short sighted customer service. They’ll keep maybe 100-150 from my pillows. What a win Zgallerie! When I’m buying stuff for the house, why would I come to your store? This is the consequence of bad management. I feel bad for them.

Nice merchandise. For the price, quality is good. WORSE customer service EVER!! Actually let me correct my statement above. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love z gallerie, it’s basically the only company/store that I buy decor from because I love their style. However, buying from them online (especially when you buy something on sale) is a nightmare. Not only is there shipping outrageous but just beware if you do buy something on sale they WILL send you the flawed/broken items they have in stock because your paying $60 instead of $80 for a vase,plant etc. If your buying furniture,art or very expensive items from them, go to their store and buy them or don’t buy them at all. I’ve purchased too many very pricey items from them online only to either have them show up broken/missing parts or just don’t look anything like they do online. Basically I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from them unless your able to purchase from their actual store.

Z Gallerie is In bankruptcy, Stay away! This horrible company is in Chapter 11 which means they are headed towards bankruptcy. My wife bought a $700 mirror wall accessory and it has been over a month and this company does not know where my merchandise is. For the past three weeks they have lied to us telling us that it’s on its way and we should have it in a few days. PLEASE do NOT shop with this company as they are going to close their doors very soon.

I called the company to order pillows that were in the catalog but not online. The salesman. Told me, we have 100 in stock. I ordered only to receive pillow covers. I reached out and was told that management would have to review the call. But after weeks of waiting. They would not send the pillows and only offered for me to return or keep the over 60 dollar pillow covers. I shopped with them before but no more. They do not own up to their mistakes. I will have to do the leg work for the return. When I make every effort to stay home due to COVID. Anyone who shops with z gallerie is taking a risk. they will not correct their mistakes. I guess that is why so many of the stores closed. Horrible experience.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought artwork from them, which was supposed to come as a SET OF 2. Only one of the pieces was shipped. I called customer service to sort this out. Given that this was their mistake for only shipping me 1/2 the order, you would think that they would be helpful in trying to solve the issue. They said that I could go out and buy a box, ship it back to them and they would consider shipping me the new one. The other option was to keep the product and receive a $60 refund on a $300 order. In this current climate with COVID, I explained to both the customer service rep and his supervisor that I really did not feel comfortable running all over town to find an odd size box to fit the artwork and then go to the post office to and ship it back (essentially, I would need to do the heavy lifting in cleaning up a mess that they made). I asked if they could either send a courier service to pick it up or send me an appropriately sized box with a shipping label to send it back. They flat out refused both options and did not even try to work with me on finding a solution. The utter thoughtlessness and flippancy that I experienced on the call was unacceptable to me and I advise that no one ever purchases anything from them again, unless you want to be royally screwed over.

False advertising! I bought a sectional for 75% off and they cancelled my order saying it was a mistake on their part and they wouldn’t sell it to me for the originally advertised price. Horrific company and even worse customer service.

I have to call them every day for a refund, for an order for EVERYTHING !!! Don't buy anything online ... I'm literally shocked !!! when you're ready to spend a good amount of money and no service at all !!!
