We had a very difficult time with getting our sectional delivered from Z Gallerie . It took over a month from the time we were told to schedule delivery until the day we actually received it. However, we received the best customer service experience from Fernanda Atenas. She was very responsive. She kept constant communication with us until the issue was resolved.

Horrible customer service for online order. No communication. Have been told my order is “on a truck” for past two weeks. Order is a month late. Have had my money for almost two months. All items were “in stock” when I ordered. Z Gallerie has really declined.

I called customer service and I got the best service from Ana Cecilia! She made sure all my information was correct many times and was a pleasure to talk to! Great experience!

I ordered two chairs from Z Gallerie with White Glove delivery service. Somehow, there was a mix up at the origin and they were sent FedEx and deposited on my driveway. I was not a happy camper. I called Customer Service and was lucky enough to speak with Mike Duarte, who was excellent. He did his due diligence, kept me informed every step of the way, and has arranged for the delivery company to get them out of my garage, uncrate them, and install them in my living room. Mistakes happen, and I really don’t think this was Z Gallerie’s error, but he is doing what needs to be done to make it right. Thank you, Mike!

I received an item VERY Promptly - but unfortunately it had a broken piece in it. I emailed the company and was answered pronto. Fernanda was amazing. She immediately responded with sending out a new set and told me not to worry about sending the broken one back. They were so fast in responding, I was shocked. I have been dealing with a very well known big company (with expensive dolls) and they have not given me this stellar service. Thanks Z Gallerie. I will purchase from you again!

Edgar at customer service was able to help me out to place an order and he was able to get the promo code and delivery discount I felt I was supposed to receive.

I placed an order November 26th and it still says awaiting fulfillment but the item said in stock when my order 665670 was placed. I would love if they would at least provide an ETA on my item. My expectations were very high & I’m truly disappointed especially with this being a surprise gift for a sacred moment.*update : they reached back out to me & immediately resolved the issue! Will update again once I receive package.
