Ordered Christmas tree and decorations. It says when I ordered on Nov. 28th in stock and will be delivered within 3-10 days well I called today and it still hasn’t been shipped!!! They know its for Christmas all the the items are Christmas stuff and got told I will get them late December or early January. Unbelievable!!! I just want my money back. They already charged me and took my money without even shipping the items. Very bad business practice!

Updated: Received the below message from ZGallerie but of course when I reached out I again had zero response. This morning I was notified via email that my order shipped but when I clicked on the tracking link I was taken to a page that literally states the following: "When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email." Wow. I understand they will never be at the level of Amazon but seriously: don't tell us our order has shipped when it clearly has not. At this point I have zero faith that my order will arrive on time. They have lost a decades-long customer. ------ I ordered a specialty holiday item earlier this week with the expectation it would ship when indicated. As a frequent online shopper due to work and other commitments, I always pay very close attention to shipping times. When I ordered this item I verified it would arrive within the timeframe required. Two days later it still hasn't shipped and is "awaiting fulfillment." So I emailed and then followed up with phone call where I was informed I "might receive it in mid-December." This is unacceptable. I am fully aware ZGallerie has a poor reputation when it comes to shipping furnishings and other large pieces but this is a simple 7' glitter tree that coordinates with one I purchased from one of their stores many years ago. An in stock item should not take forever to ship out. Very disappointed and will not be trusting their online order system again.

I’m a new home buyer. I didn’t have much knowledge about the styles & materials available for sofa. When I contacted the general line, I got assisted by an agent named Carolina M. She had a full knowledge of the materials & she contacted the third party vendor to get extra information. I really appreciate the time she spent with me back & forth with my questions. She suggested trending styles according to my need. ZGallerie has lot of modern products. This wide range gave a good selection to research with. & assistants like Carolina helped with saving time in ordering & shipping information. I still have lot products in mind after going through zgallerie website. Looking forward to shop more in future. The pricing is reasonable for the perfect quality they carry.
