Just like another person said - the smell. Had dresser and nightstands now for over A month. Still can’t sleep in the room. Have tried everything. The chemical smell is terrible. Wasn’t inexpensive. The smell is not lessening at all. Very concerned.

I ordered a bed. When it finally got here the bed had a horrible chemical smell. At first, I thought maybe is from the packaging. I put it together waited a week before using but when I did, the bed was literally making me sick. The smell did not go away. Almost a year later the smell is still there. I contacted the company and they pretended they were going to work with me but they did not. They wasted my time and took my money. No credit, no exchange, nothing. I recommend that if you are going to buy from this company, do your research. If the product says imported find out from where and ask if the product is formaldehyde California chemical compliant. The bed is literally unusable. So please do your homework before you end up wasting your money like I did.

Ordered an item back in November...now > 3 months later and I still haven't received it. I am now being told that it is on back order but I was never notified of this (although they charged me for the item). To add insult to injury, when I called to inquire about this, the agent was rude and hung up the phone on me.

Just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to Gabriel. Had placed an order on line for a few items and a couple of weeks went by without any shipping information. Gabriel was quick to respond to my inquiry and advised an item was no longer available but suggested a substitute. I received my order today, in perfect condition, and wanted to thank Gabriel for his assistance.

Sold a lemon. I purchased a couch in late 2020, which didn't arrive until summer 2021. I was sold a five year warranty from an employee with Z that provided Z Gallerie pamphlets, emails, and calls that stated that it had five coverage, and included that they would be responsible for covering lemons. With covid and life I noticed fibers coming out everywhere all over a dark blue couch. Fast forward less than 2 1/2 years. I reported the issue, neither the warranty I purchased from Direct Buy and the promise that Z Gallerie is being honored. Even after a tech was sent and reported that it was caused by a manufacturing defect. This was over 2,000 dollars, and I am not going to be given what was promised according to their paperwork. DO NOT trust this company or expect quality. #ZGallerie #buyerbeware. Since I posted this on February 8, I was told by a lawyer that they were committing consumer fraud, and that I shouldn’t have any further loss from the fact that they won’t cover the manufacture defect. ZGallerie still does not want to rectify the situation.

Sometimes things go wrong with shipping home furnishing items. At no fault of Z Galleries, a beautiful and fairly expensive rug we ordered arrived damaged and was not noticed until after the delivery team had left. Customer Support provided exemplary and preternatural service and, Karla in particular, is deeply appreciated for her patience and guidance that got us to a great outcome. These days, outstanding Customer Support routinely seems like a thing of the past, but Z Galleries and Karla proved otherwise. Thank you so very much!

I purchased multiple items from Z galerie totaling around $6000 One of which was cowhide rug . Let’s just mention this rug was roughly $1300. A few weeks later all the hair from the rug started to fall out. It’s 4 months later and I have to say it looks like it’s ready to be trashed. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and no one getting back to me regarding the possible solution.

Called Z Gallerie Sales to place an order. The process couldn’t be more seamless. Ana was so kind & knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. I’m super excited to receive the products I ordered.
