I would give ZGallerie a 0 star if I could. Worst quality furniture for the amount you pay, do not buy from here. I received my 2 night stands and a dresser and 2 of the 3 items are completely damaged and cannot be used. And it wasn’t a delivery damage the internal boxes had no dents or damage. Product is cheap material none of the drawers open and close easily. I feel like the drawers are falling apart. Don’t buy from here better off shopping at Amazon or Wayfair. They have better quality for sure!

DO NOT BUY FROM ZGALLERY! I ordered a table online and they placed the incorrect shipping address. After over 5 phone calls to the call center which could not modify information or contact a supervisor I had no choice but to attempt to cancel —which they couldn’t do either—and had to place a claim on my card for a refund. Save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere!

I have placed about 3 orders through ZGallerie's website. I love the store and the items they feature on their website are beautiful. The first order was received and was exactly as the website described and was delivered without a problem. The second order was a mirror that arrived shattered. I contacted customer service, they contacted the manufacturer who told me not to bother returning the broken mirror and promptly sent a new one that arrived undamaged. The third order was a set of 2 nesting mirrored tables. The first order cam and the little table was missing a piece of the mirrored side. I contacted customer service again a began working with Karla--she is extremely helpful and prompt in her replies and seemed to genuinely care about my experience. I needed to package up the tables and return via FedEx, which is somewhat difficult as it was a large box and awkward to get into the Walgreens which is the drop off site. However, I did this and waited a month for the replacement. When it arrived, again the smaller table had a chunk of the mirrored side missing. I loved this set of mirrored tables and had the perfect places for both the large and the small tables. I sent a picture of the damage to Karla, but the only answer was to go though the process again of packaging up the return, muscling it into Walgreens and waiting another month hoping that the 3rd set was not damaged. I decided to just forget the whole return process and made the decision to never order anything again from the ZGallerie website--it is not worth the aggravation. Even with a great customer service rep, the online shopping experience can be a nightmare

I ordered wine glasses before Christmas last year. To this day I have not received my order. I was told they were they on back order so I waited. I emailed them a day ago and they told me the glasses are still on back order and they want to wait another two months. I looked online today and my glasses are available to be shipped out May 10. This is a deceitful company. I'd highly recommend you not order anything from them online because they will absolutely take their time getting your things delivered to you, if at all. I'm going to reach out to the state attorney general. I think everyone dealing with these people should do the same and hold them accountable for their actions.

We were so happy about finding a great dining table that was ready to ship. The shipping company let us know it had arrived at JFK but we were having trouble getting a delivery window. Karla at Z Gallerie was so supportive she called us back more than once and assured us they were on it. We love this table and the great customer service we got from everyone there. Many thanks.

I am beyond frustrated with the Z Gallery company. I placed my order for a dresser October 13,2022. My order was to take 3months which was delayed to 4 months, then 5 months and now 6 months and should be available on April 3rd 2023. This item is now on sale and I still have not received delivery as of yet. When contacting Z Gallery customer service/escalation department, the highest department in your company I am told, your escalation representative let me know via email they will not honor the sales price. I have requested a cancellation and refund as of today April 8,2023 after waiting so long. I will never do business with a company that will not honor a sales price along with accurate and honest delivery information. Who doesn't honor a sales price?? By the way, how does something go on sale when it's not even available?? Bad business practices. I will never shop with Z Gallery again. My personal experience and personal recommendation to all customers is to shop at Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Target or even WallMart. These stores all honor their sales prices and the customer comes first. What a concept.

It’s been a week now and I have not received a response to my email sent on 3/19/23 to Z Gallerie’s customer service department. However this does not surprise me as it basically goes hand in hand with the response I received from an employee at their Naples Florida location.
