Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially when it comes to communication and the order cancellation process. We do our best to indicate lead times on items with potential delays, including prompts on our site to “add to quote” for lead time confirmation, but it’s clear we need to make this even more visible and the cancellation process much easier. You should have received a more prompt response from our team, and we apologize for any frustration caused by the back and forth. A full refund has already been processed on your order. If the item does arrive, please feel free to keep it, there’s no charge and no need to send it back. We’re committed to making it EASY, and your feedback helps us improve. If you have any further concerns, please reach out—we want to make things right.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we want to sincerely apologize for everything that happened with your order. We completely messed up—this situation should never have occurred, and we take full responsibility. We tried to reach you multiple times to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, our emails kept bouncing back, which only made things worse and delayed a proper resolution. We understand how frustrating this must have been and are truly sorry for the inconvenience and stress this caused. We’ve now fully refunded your order. We know this doesn’t make up for the experience, but it’s the least we can do. We’re taking your feedback seriously and will be reviewing our processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right. We make it EASY—even when we fall short, we own it and do everything we can to fix it.
