We ordered 2 locksets customized to our needs. They came soon enough but were not customized. As such we cannot use them. We contacted them immediately but they could not come up with a solution even after ten days. Finally, they sent me a return label. I guess that means "Please reorder elsewhere". Save yourself the time and find another company.
Response from ZenSupplyOct 15, 2026
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this order caused. You ordered locksets customized to your needs, and receiving them without the customization, followed by a delay in getting it fixed, is not the experience we want for any customer. Sending a return label was not meant as a dismissal, and we understand why it felt that way. To make this right, we sent replacement locksets, and they were delivered to you yesterday. Please let us know if they resolved the issue. If anything still isn’t right, please reply to the email we sent you or contact us directly so we can assist you further.
