We sincerely apologize for your experience this is not how we define service at ZenSupply. You waited far too long for a part that turned out to be both incorrect and underwhelming, and that’s unacceptable. While our systems are designed to simplify sourcing and ensure accuracy, we clearly failed in this case. We understand how frustrating it is to wait months only to receive something that doesn't meet expectations. This was a miss on our end and not the standard we hold ourselves to. We processed a full refund for our mistake on this one with our apologies. We’re actively reviewing how this happened to prevent it moving forward, and we’re committed to making it right. Thank you for your honest feedback. We know we only get better when customers speak up and we take that seriously.

We’re deeply sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. At ZenSupply, we make it EASY and in this case, we didn’t deliver on that promise. While we do our best to clearly communicate stock availability, we recognize that the backorder notice and repeated delays did not reflect the standard we strive for. You deserved better communication and a more seamless experience, and we take full responsibility for missing the mark. Your feedback is being taken seriously and we’re actively working on improving our inventory visibility and notifications to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While we regret that we’ve lost your trust this time, we hope to earn another opportunity to serve you in the way you should expect from us.
