I've been working with Alex, getting his help to build and launch my new NextZen web site. He's a credit to Zenfolio. He's been incredible help, and good to work with.

If you are struggling with anything Zenfolio, you can sign up through Calendly for a 1:1 help session. The session was amazingly helpful in fixing things I didn't know how to fix on my website and getting feedback on how to make my site better. I loved it and will do it again to be sure.

It’s wonderful to hear how helpful the 1:1 session was for you! We love being able to sit down with photographers and work through questions together...it makes all the difference when you can leave with both fixes and fresh ideas for your site. We’re excited that you’re already planning another session, and we’ll be here whenever you’re ready.

Not sure which experience I am to comment about as I have recently have had two, both of which were very satisfactory. I feel my business is valued as a Zenfolio client. The customer service video meetings are personalized and interactive, I feel understood and valued as a person and my issues/questions are competently handled and solved.

Alex is a the best customer rep I have ever worked with. He is kind, smart, knowledgeable. In Alex, I have a photography friend and a component colleague to help with my website. He is one in a million!

We couldn’t agree more—Alex is fantastic. He genuinely cares about the people he helps, and it shows. It’s great to hear that you felt supported not just technically, but personally too. We’ll make sure he sees this...it will mean so much!

Getting help is always difficult with Zenfolio, but once an agent who was genuinely willing to help decided to, they got me all fixed up.

We really appreciate your honest feedback. While we’re glad your issue got resolved in the end, the importance of consistently accessible help is important to us. We’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure every photographer gets the support they need, right when they need it.

I love Zenfolio! After trying two other website platforms, Zenfolio has been by far the best in so many ways. As a professional photographer, it gives me exactly what I need to beautifully exhibit and present images to my clients. What really sets Zenfolio apart is how responsive and action-oriented they are when it comes to user feedback. They don’t make vague promises or keep you waiting for years on a “coming soon” feature. Instead, they actually listen—and deliver. From adding flexible pricing options for individual images (which was a game-changer for me!), to rolling out features I didn’t even know I needed—Zenfolio has continued to exceed my expectations and support the growth of my photography business. Since switching to Zenfolio, my client experience has been smoother and more professional—and my gallery sales have gone up! Thank you, Zenfolio, for being a platform that truly understands photographers!

This really means a lot. Thank you! We're so glad Zenfolio feels like the right fit for your business and that it’s helping you share your work the way you want to. Hearing that the updates have made a real impact makes all the work behind the scenes worth it. We’re lucky to have photographers like you shaping the platform with us.
