I absolutely love the Arcus chandelier! It looks even better installed than I expected and completely changed the feel of my dining room. The design is modern and minimal without being boring, and the warm light creates a really nice atmosphere over the table. I had a few questions after installation about the brightness and specifications. Zenduce customer service actually took the time to check with their team and follow up with me instead of just sending a generic response, which I appreciated. The chandelier is beautiful, the scale is perfect for my space, and I honestly keep walking into the dining room just to look at it. Very happy with my purchase.

The fixtures I purchased were beautiful. They were as pictured.. the pricing was not cheap but was affordable. Certainly a step up from running to The neighborhood home hardware stores and getting a cookie cutter light fixture….functional but blah. Delivery time was long as compared to Amazon, but it was delivered on time per the original order info. My installer did not have any problems with installation.

It was hassle free we picked the two chandelier they arrived on time. The chandelier were just like there picture. We where happy with the quality.

I appreciate the departure from the "everything looks the same" and "oh, another candelabra..." offerings at other retailers. I found inspired products that will work in our modern but cozy home. Whether the light is the standout item in the room or not, there are great options here.

We purchased lighting fixtures for a project in Copenhagen. Fixtures look exactly as ordered. Customer service was very helpful.

I ordered the Sonata chandelier for my dining room in Cyprus, and I couldn't be happier! The chandelier is absolutely stunning, and the build quality is top-notch. It was safely packed and arrived in perfect condition. What impressed me even more was Zenduce’s outstanding customer service. Since it was an international shipping to the EU, there was a small hold at Cyprus customs, but the support team (Kim and John) handled it instantly and covered the fees on my behalf under DDP terms. The delivery was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free.Highly recommend Zenduce for beautiful designer lighting and professional support! 10/5 stars! ⭐

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a light that cost thousands of dollars only to find it is very poorly constructed, already falling apart and completely inoperable since day 1. We contacted Zenduce and explained the situation to customer service and have been put off repatedly and refused a refund. So much for their advertised money back guarantee. Very disappointed with this company and would suggest to anyone that they shop elsewhere. This is for order Z44411233 through EEF construction. We've provided numerous videos and pictures to the company of the faulty lights complications and most importantly poor workmanship. The only proper customer service resolution at this point after all of our frustration and time wasted with Zenduce would be a full refund. I finally had a call with a service rep from the company today and they refused a refund.

The product was as advertised and we love the lamps. The reason I gave the experience four stars versus five is that we needed to order a little extra cord. It would've been great if we would've gotten that at no charge, but were charged what I think was a premium fee.
