The lighting fixture that we bought was reasonably priced, arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner. It looks great! Exactly what we wanted!

$1,300+ Order Missing for 6 Weeks – Customer Service Refuses Cancellation Review: I placed an order for one light fixture with Zenduce six weeks ago totaling over $1,300, and to date, I have received absolutely nothing. The tracking number provided by the company does not work at all. Every time I contact customer support to figure out where my order is, they simply stall, brush off my concerns, and keep pushing back the estimated delivery date. Due to these extreme delays and lack of transparency, I requested to cancel my orderseveral times. Customer service flatly refused to honor my cancellation request. Holding over $1,300 of a customer's money while failing to deliver the product or provide working tracking is completely unacceptable business behavior. Avoid this company unless you are comfortable waiting indefinitely with zero recourse.

I was worried about ordering a light fixture online that it could break in transit but was pleased at how well it was packaged upon arrival. The quality of the fixture itself is excellent, and a designer pick for sure. They also followed up with me via email to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend Zenduce Lighting for exceptional products and services.

GREAT service! I bought a fixture and paid an electrician to install it. One of the lights wasn't working so he assumed it was a bad driver and I reached out to Support at Zenduce. After a few (very quick!) back and forth exchanges, I was able to work with customer service and their back end to discover we /they switched 2 wires incorrectly. The light works well and is beautiful and I am very impressed with the service and speedy assistance. 5 stars

My lights were well packaged and Zenduce kept me updated on my order status from placing it to the time it was delivered. The Bethanie lamps looked as good in person as in their product photos and I couldn't be happier

Shipping was fast. The Wave Light was perfect. I do wish there was more instructions for wiring the fixture in our new construction. I did a quick web search and found how others wired LED lights and it works perfectly. The different colors are great for different occasions.

The light fixture is gorgeous & excellent quality.
