I absolutely love my light fixture I purchased from ZENDUCE and the order process was completely effortless. ZENDUCE has so many options so whatever room you’re looking to light up I know you will find the perfect piece. This piece added such a modern and chic look to my living space. The order process flowed smoothly and arrived in a timely manner. The package was secured properly and updates concerning shipping and delivery were well communicated. I experienced no problem during my ordering process and will order again.

We found the light to be a nice addition to our home - very modern and sleek. We purchased a discounted open box light. It did not come with instructions but was packed well and the online customer care group sent us the instructions. It was also a bit smaller than we envisioned - our fault though as the dimensions were clearly on the website.

The telephone customer service team was fantastic! I called multiple times and spoke with several individuals who were knowledgable, responsive, and reassuring.

We purchased the Vertara Chandelier with 30 lights. The product was packed extremely well for shipping and arrived in great condition. Our electrician will be installing it tomorrow. We are very excited to see it hanging as the individual pieces look gorgeous. Their customer service was very responsive, answering their phone and calling back when they said they would. Overall the whole process has been wonderful and we would happily buy from Zenduce again!
