Great customer service!! I ordered a lamp with about 45 tiny lights however I had 1 faulty bulb. I emailed customer service who responded immediately and sent a couple new bulbs by priority mail. Unfortunately, they were the wrong bulbs, I emailed them again and they mailed me the correct ones! Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve the issue! And my lighting fixture is beautiful!!

Such a great purchase and customer service is even super good. I bought a chandlier year ago and somehow while changing the location of the chandlier some part stopped working and guess what they sent me the new part immediately with no additional cost as a courtesy to my previous order. It's such a relief though I simply asked to send me the information from where I can purchase the part. They sent me the new one. Highly Highly Highly recommended.

I ordered a light with request for special and longer cord length. Zenduce customer service was so helpful. They sent me a couple of different color choices. The cost was really reasonable. After completion, my client decided to change the color again. They were helpful and cost was reasonable. It’s hard to find good customer service any more. Zenduce customer was excellent!!!
