I represent a company of significant size and reputation and had to chase numerous time the Territory Manager for CEE for a call or quote and for weeks he kept sending messages cancelling our calls or excused the lack of proposal with "no 4G connection here in Turkey". Unacceptable and so unprofessional.. employees like this can ruing a company's reputation and this person certainly did.. I cannot possibly beg someone to pay them hundreds of thousands of euros annually.. Do not use Zendesk, they clearly don't care about their customers.. quite the shame for a CRM provider..

Wish i didn't sign up with Zendesk! They provided several Quotes, then after signing the contract sent me a bill with the values in USD. The quote had no mention of the values being in USD!! This has pushed the price up by $5k. Very misleading!

ZENDESK IS THE F#$%ING WORST!!!! THEY ARE FINE WITH CHARGING $145 PER USER PER MONTH BUT AS SOON AS THERE IS AN ISSUE, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO SOLVE IT. MEANWHILE, THEY KEEP CHARGING FOR THEIR SERVICES! I HAVE NOW SENT EMAILS DATING BACK TO APRIL ASKING FOR BILLING ASSISTANCE DUE TO A DROP IN THE NUMBER OF SEATS WE HAVE, HENCE AFFECTING MONTHLY COSTS GREATLY, AND RECEIVE "READ" NOTIFICATIONS PER EMAIL, BUT **NOBODY** EMAILS ME BACK. ZENDESK MGMT, I HOPE YOU'R READING THIS. YOUR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS SH!T.

They have a 1 year contract that renews forever! If you quit using their service they will just keep charging you so be sure and give them a 90 day cancellation. We had massive amounts of problems with program which is what led us to change 3 months into signing up. We paid for the entire year but I chalked it up as a life lesson. The fact that they will charge another $5000 for a year and send it to collections let's me know what kind of company this actually is.

Where to start with the problems? I am a paying Zendesk customer who is logged into my Zendesk account and able to respond to tickets. Problem 1 Our replies to tickets originating from Facebook appear to be answered in our Zendesk ticket thread but are not being delivered to the customer in Facebook. This means that whilst we are solving tickets, our customers think that we are ignoring them. Problem 2 When we try and contact Zendesk support via their own website, it says we are not signed in. When we try and sign in it says our login credentials are incorrect. Problem 3 When we change our passwords from within our Zendesk account the password change is successful. However when we try and use the same login credentials to login to speak to support, it says that they are incorrect. Problem 4 If we try and do a password reset/forgot password, we receive an email with a reset password link but when pressed, it takes us to the same sign in page where we are again unable to sign in. I was very impressed with what Zendesk can do, but right from the beginning I believed that it's far too complicated and is in need of a sever redesign. However with the help of support, hiring freelancers and watching YouTube videos, we managed to get to grips with it. But based on our current experience, absolutely terrible and if you're thinking about upgrading to a paid account, I would advise looking for an alternative ticketing system.

Shte service, just try to ditch you without addressing the problem.

We didn't use this product for 8 months (on an annual contract) - we used it for the first 4 months, no problem, good product. Just decided we didn't need it any longer - but we continued to keep our account active during this 8 month "dead time". Of course, we assumed we would have to manually renew - not the case - their "contract" states in the fine print that you have to actively request no auto-renewal. Anyhow, 12 months comes along and we auto-renew and only catch it on our credit card statement. We cancel literally a day or two afterward and request a refund for the auto renewal, citing we never asked for auto renewal and we haven't used the product for 8 months. No refund, no exceptions. Read the fine print they say. That's basically the end. Plan on doing a chargeback for charging for a service we don't use.
