Terrible customer service. Watch out when you add or modify your subscription package, they always try to auto add GUIDE to your plan. I didn't notice and they got me. I pay annually and they charged me over $800 with out my authorization because they auto check the GUIDE the box EVERYTIME. They said they do not do refunds. Company is more of a scam than a CRM.

Zendesk scheint auch für Fred Perry Service zu übernehmen. Dieser Service ist absolut unzureichend! Er scheint hoffnungslos unterbesetzt oder überfordert zu sein. Dringend abzuraten!

We purchase Zendesk in August 2019 for service for the year, I got a notification from my bank that ZenDesk charged us for a new year using auto renewal. I never signed up for that. Contacting their customer service, I'm told it's my problem because it autorenews per their Master Services Agreement. They definitely know they're frauds and I want my $1K+ back.

We moved to Zendesk after a sales call with one of their representatives. Everything sounded superb on this call, we were made promises and offered a plan that they stated would suit our needs which were discussed in detail. However within a month it was apparent that many of the support aspects we were sold on are only available under their more expensive package. Despite the fact we had been sold them under their cheaper package. This totally contradicted the service we had been sold, we have been outright mis-sold the service. While their software is very good, I would not recommend Zendesk due to a complete lack of trust in their salesteam.

Die Lösungen an sich sind gut: Allerdings sind die Preis- und Produktpolitik, sowie der Support einfach nur schlecht. Dies passt überhaupt nicht zu dem modernen Image das Zendesk vermitteln möchte. Wer es wagt, sollte nur monatliche Zahlungen trotz der frechen Zuschläge wählen. Eine Rückerstattung bei Jahresabos ist ausgeschlossen. Dies gilt auch für die Herabstufung von Abos.

Wenn man nicht viel Geld hat, muss man den Essential Plan wählen. Nur: Die Limitationen dieses Planes werden nicht im Detail kommuniziert. Während des Test hat man automatisch den besten Plan und kann so diese Limitationen auch nicht erkunden. Stösst man auf solche (vermutete) Limitationen wird man per Support darauf hingewiesen dass eine Emailunterstützung in diesem Plan nicht inkludiert ist. Man ist also selbst schuld und kann den Plan auch nicht künden und zurückgeben. Unterstützung gibt es auch keine obwohl 300USD pro Jahr gezahlt wird. Der Support dieser Firma ist unterirdisch. Nur wenn man genügend zahlt, bekommt man auch einen Support der den Namen verdient. (Ich betreue auch eine andere Firma bei der das so ist und auch funktioniert. Diese Erfahrung war der Grund warum ich mich ein weiteres Mal leider auf diese Firma eingelassen habe)

The software is pretty good but recently the customer support has been horrendous. I am still trying to resolve a support query from 25th June 2 months later. And when I finally get a reply the customer service rep hasn't read the ticket history so I just end up repeating myself and no progress is made. I cannot recommend Zendesk until they get their customer support in order.

They say lead with praise... So I liked the integration and support at the beginning of utilising Zendesk. The work layout is straightforward and easy for a whole team of dedicated customer service helpers. The application itself is great and can scale well with a lot of added functionality. My gripe is with the support. As an SME, we adopted Zendesk for 2 months and found out that our customers didn't utilise the platform in speaking with us. At first we had a team of 5 dedicated part-time support, however, other more pressing tasks reduced our ability to multitask coupled with the lack of customer tickets through the application we had to collapse the team to 1 full-time. I asked zendesk to reduce the number of agents, they keep going in circles but till date nothing has happened. After no action on the reduction of agents we had no choice but to cancel the account before my next MONTHLY sub, my second account ticket with them. Till date, they have neglected any action regarding that and have continued to attempt to charge our card despite having open tickets for cancellation and speaking and getting my point across zendesk customer services. I would like to put this on the pandemic, but I provide a service with my sme and if a customer paying monthly wishes to leave before his next subscription renews, I do not employ extortion-esque methods through claimed incompetence while attempting to charge the account and forcefully continue having the account on my business... $220 a month. I had to stop using the card to prevent zendesk taking money that is not rightfully theirs as if they cannot cancel my account, they sure as hell cannot refund my business $220 in a timely manner. From the service agents I spoke to, I hope zendesk does better for their sake so they can take pride in working for a reputable organisation.
