Worst costumer support ever. Support will never help you in the problem you have, reason for that is easy - they are russian. They have cheap SMS numbers, and thats the only good thing about their website. It will take you 5 days (Sometimes weeks) to verify your ID. It will also take u days to solve your problems with support/online chat (Even if they are easy). Also, they never notify you how many numbers u can use for SMS receiving. I bought around 15 numbers for receiving SMS, they never told me i would be able to use max 10 for receiving SMS, and they don't want to give out refunds :) Worst site ever, i'll try finding a better one in the future.

Horrible experiencia, la centralita virtual tiene buena funciones pero al llamar al numero IP la llamada se cancela y cuesta que el contestador automatico funcione, generalmente falla establecer una llamada y genera perdida de clientes.

They are Russian, enough said! bad service, I bought a phone number and somebody kept calling me, because the number I bought belonged to someone else not long ago.

Awful customer service, nobody speaks proper English. It's quite obvious that the positive reviews were purchased, because the reality is very very different.

You need a"scanned copy of your Passport or ID" to activate some services, sounds easy but... Uploaded hi quality scan of the driving license - rejected Uploaded hi quality scan of my passport - rejected I used online chat unfortunately the support agent guy kept saying he wasn't sure about anything and recommended to open a ticket. I opened a ticket, and received two responses - one with a question "Do you speak English only?", the second one about the "closed due to no response within 72 hours". Luckily found an alternative virtual number provider (Spikko), they are slightly more expensive, have minor issues with their website, but all resolved in 24 hours.

Zadarma is not professional.They are very cheap better pay few bucks extra and save yourself from trouble. Voice calls to and from the virtual number worked fine,however, the SMS delivery did not. The support was fast, but actually did not solve the problem and refused to issue a refund. I terminated my account after 6 days.
