Rude, low standard customer support. Judging by all the positive reviews written by people with slavic names, it's obvious that the company is Russian, whether they deny it or not. They have the worst and most complicated setup. Customer support does not speak English and when asking for help, they refer you to their manual instructions. Why bother having Customer Support at all and advertise it then? I wasted half of an hour trying to set things up and just gave up, started using another company. US companies are much better!

Я не отправил документы, написал запрос на возврат денег. Деньги не вернули спустя 3 месяца. А сейчас я увидел что они списали мои деньги в счёт оплаты их услуг. Это мошенничество или как ребята? Purchased a virtual number to receive SMS, paid from your personal PayPal account. Asked for selfies and other documents. I don't trust this office, a selfie with a passport? Is it serious? I did not send the documents, wrote a request for a refund. The money was not returned after 3 months. And now I saw that they wrote off my money in expense pay their services. Is this a Scam or like guys?

Pathetic support, i have purchased a number for UK. got a confirmation that the number is reserved, but need to update the documents. Then i have uploaded the documents successfully, but still whenever i try to open the app, it is telling that i have to upload documents to activate and make call. Sent mails to their customer support many times. no response other than automated mail. Lost my money and no service.

I needed to get numbers both in the US and UK. After reading the comments I was expecting to go through a lot of bureaucracy, but still risked it. Surprisingly they did not require any pre-payments or lots of documents. It just started working. Very convenient if you in a hurry and need to begin accepting calls asap.

I run a company in the US (Florida), and we have customers in States and worldwide (most of them in Europe). Some of them are calling our main office (we are trying to move communication to email/chats, but that just don't work with many old school business guys). So, we needed a solution to set up calls without buying own hardware/software and managing this stuff. I've come across Zadarma's site and found their rates very pleasant compared to other providers, so I decided to give it a try. For now, we are using it for several months already, and almost everything is fine: no outages, charges are accurate (and still low). A couple of time there were situations with wrong calls (when the number belonged to someone else, and people kept calling it), but support figured them out fast.

So, like the other reviewers write, support is completely useless, if you want a refund you have to contact their finance department. I lost my Swedish phone with a Swedish SIM and needed a new mobile number i could receive SMS on (Banking, ordering services for my company etc). I uploaded the required documents, nothing happened, i then contacted their worse than worthless support, they quoted their terms of service, you have to have had an SMS number for 3 months before it can receive and send SMS, but here is the funny thing, THEY CHARGE FOR SMS YOU CANNOT SEND. Yes that is correct, i sent test SMS's and was charged for it before i was told that sending SMS is not supported. I asked for the charges to be removed.... same reply, contact our finance department. Luckily i purchased through Paypal and will dispute the charge. Use this company at your peril. Russian style support.

Yo estoy usando Zadarma, alquile dos número para México, pero lamentablemente la calidad de la llamada es pésima, y los clientes y prospectos se paran quejando. Solucionen ello, por lo pronto tendré que buscar otro proveedor con mejor calidad de llamada.
