The company are a bunch of cowboys, they’ve asked for identification verification and when we’ve uploaded the company certificate from companies house they’ve sent the message below which is ridiculous because the registration certificate we sent them is from companies house themselves so they don’t have a clue what they’re taking about because of them our phone systems are now down: The documents that you have uploaded have not been accepted by our system. Please upload the current company registration certificate from the state register. Sincerely, Zadarma Team

Estamos evaluando opciones de PBX, revisamos esta opción. Nos pidió confirmar un numero movil, lo hicimos y el SMS de confirmación no llegó. Contactamos a soporte y no resolvió y asumió que le estabamos dando un numero "landline" lo intentamos con dos numeros moviles mas y fue el mismo resultado, nos pidio desactivar medidas de seguridad como VPN. La persona de soporte termino el soporte diciendo que levantaramos un ticket porque eso no lo podía resolver, levantamos el ticket y la persona que lo atendió solo menciono que no pudo llamarnos. Al final, una simple confirmación por SMS que no sucedió nos hizo valorar negativamente esta opción.

I use this service for corporate telephony, and it’s very convenient. Everything is kept in one place, and there are plenty of automation options. I used n8n for my automations, and everything worked perfectly. I honestly can’t think of anything that’s missing or anything I’m unhappy with. I’ve also contacted customer support a couple of times. They handled everything quite quickly and provided helpful guidance within 3–4 minutes.

Zadarma met un point d'honneur à répondre avec de vrais humains plutôt qu'avec une IA. Après plusieurs jours de support, je peux dire que j'aurais largement préféré une IA compétente à un « spécialiste technique » humain qui me fait tourner en rond et ne maîtrise visiblement pas son sujet. Le contexte : intégration d'un numéro virtuel avec un agent vocal, configurée selon leur propre documentation. Problème d'audio sur certains appels. Je leur fournis un dossier technique complet : analyse SDP prouvant que le son arrive jusqu'à leur infrastructure, call ID, horodatage, et le fait que leur propre enregistrement contient l'audio concerné. La réponse ? Des messages bateau, copiés-collés, à côté de la plaque. Les mêmes questions reposées en boucle d'un message à l'autre, comme si personne ne lisait le fil. Plusieurs agents différents qui se relaient sans se transmettre le dossier, dont certains répondent en espagnol alors que j'écris en français. Et jamais, à aucun moment, d'escalade vers une équipe réellement capable d'analyser le problème. À chaque échange, on me renvoie vers l'autre fournisseur pour éviter de creuser. Se vanter de ne pas utiliser d'IA n'a de sens que si l'humain en face est plus compétent qu'une IA. Ici, c'est l'inverse : j'ai eu droit à la lenteur d'un humain avec la pertinence d'un répondeur automatique.

When making outbound calls, we only contact potential customers who have shared their details with us and responded to our advertisements. They asked why we were making so many calls to the US, and I provided examples along with proof. I received a response stating, "Unfortunately, we cannot activate your calling service." This is absurd, given that they offer integrations with call center CRM systems and other CRM platforms. What is the point if I cannot make outbound calls?

Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. La atención y soporte es pésima, no me dejan activar la linea a pesar que añado un CIF valido y no hablan, parecen robots que no tienen capacidad de razonamiento para explicar nada.
