Whilst the product itself is nice, the delivery experience was unpleasant. I ordered from Singapore and it took around 2 weeks to reach me. I had to contact customer support to find out what happened. Similar to some of the reviews, the product was sent from China.

I only received the half of my order No reaction from service support after mail.... After contact with support (after my first review here), waiting for receiving my total order.

My order was not delivered to the designated address, and there was no proof of delivery by the post office. The vendor offered to replace the missing item if I would pay the shipping cost, and I agreed to that. I appreciated their willingness to do so. The replacement item has no been received.

I have purchased 4 of the wooden sculptures from Yukon Design Studios. They all have been well made and well received by the recipient. I did have an issue with one of the objects which Yukon Design Studios resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I will go back to them when I am looking for a gift for someone.

I recieved the wrong order - wrong sizes . I emailed them asking to accept a return of them and to plz correct the order or give me a refund. But they never responded at all and I am left just screwed out of my money.

I ordered two Handmade Wooden Phone Stands. Every time my alarm went off, it fell on the floor. I exchanged numerous emails with Yukon. They were very slow to respond. When I finally got all the information I needed to return the items, I send it to them via USPS. I emailed them after I confirmed that the package was delivered. Imagine my surprise when I got the package back "Return To Sender". I did love the two stands but they just didn't work. I replied to Joe at Yukon Design via email at support@yukondesignstudio based on his request. The Order # is 78374. So I finally got a refund from the company. They gave me an explanation that really didn't make sense. Something about about where they delivered the package was not my address. But I did receive it at my address. I think they were confusing it between the post office from which I returned the items. My town no longer has its own postal services. Another town actually took over delivery to mine. Anyhow they said that they never received the items and would not have returned it to sender. The only thing I can say is I returned it to the address on their website. I double checked it when I got the package back.

My laptop autofilled an old delivery/work address. It wasn't until I got confirmation of the delivery details when the parcel was on its way that I realised this was the case. I got in touch with Yukon and they changed the delivery address straight away. I don't normally bother giving companies a review but I was very impressed with their handling of my error.

Bought a dog piece for my sister's birthday, she absolutely loves it. I got to see it last week when I visited for a few days, it's beautiful. Thank you.
