I have been shipping large Pallets for years this is first time I was ever charged a 457 dollar additional limited access charge on top of my 1600 original shipping price . This few occurred because of some automatic zoning in the city if orange literally miles always from There location , I was left wondering why this fee because my pallets were readily accessible outside my business about 20 ft if not less from the street , makes no sense. The area is completely open. Complete fraud. Will be Persuing this matter this for long time u til they return what they stole even if it means contacting state attorney general of CA , county , BBB and protesting. They are professional criminals !

First let me stay that I work for another trucking company so this review has nothing to do with me or my employment with yellow freight. The drivers for this company are the most inconsiderate and unprofessional drivers on the road. This company's drivers have no respect for other truck drivers on the road or at fueling stations down below you're supposed to list the date of your experience well unfortunately you can only put in one date. For company to allow their drivers to act like this towards other motorists on the road and other truck drivers are trying to do their job makes me question the leadership of this company. I also find it funny that the website I'm leaving this review on there's 60 reviews for the company the company has a 1.6 rating. I find it entertaining and somewhat dumbfounding that yellow freight has a review from a customer on their website from website. This website only has 60 reviews for yellow freight carrier and as I mentioned a 1.6 rating yet they pulled off one customer that left them a perfect rating and put it on their website again a decision that makes me question the leadership of this company. If you have freight that needs to be moved I would highly suggest you choose a company that is much more professional than yellow free.

If there was a option for 0 stars that would be my rating. After more than one bad experience with YRC the latest takes the cake. We paid $4000 in advance for YRC to bring 8 pallets of materials from WI to our office in FL. They show up with 2 pallets, and tried to get my team to sign for all 8 pallets and were combative when me made them note the shortage on the documentation. On top of that, after they lost 6 of our 8 pallets valued at over $4500, they charged us an extra $300 for the use of a liftgate at delivery. The driver had to back up 40' more to get to our dock but did not want to. He had his liftgate down prior to knocking on the receiving door. This company has been in trouble in the past for fraudulently overcharging. Seems they are not only unreliable but also back to old tricks. Not to worry though, If we file a claim they will do their best to get us a resolution within.... Ready for this???? 120 Business Days.

Worst company ever. Be careful especially for a one guy Roman Birgin.He is a driver.Very lazy stupid and rude. He came in front of my house and expect me to unload the 750 pounds package.He said he is just the driver and hie is not gonna unload my delivery.i paid 150$ for delvery.Be careful this company is working for Home depot.

If you need to receive or ship your products and the shipment is time sensitive, DO NOT USE YRC Freight. Let me translate... 3 to 4 business days translates to 2 to 3 weeks or more with this company! This has happened on multiple occasions over the past two years. Very unreliable! I am waiting on parts to build my products so I can ship to my customers. Now that these are over two weeks late, my customers have to wait two weeks or more. My shipment was to arrive on September 16th, it is now Sept 28th and each day I check the tracking, delivery gets pushed out another day. My pallet has been sitting in Salt Lake City for over a week now. Calls to customer service go nowhere. "We are checking on it and will update you". NO update, NO return call!

YRC was not the carrier that originally picked up my LTL pallet in Washington State, but they delivered my pallet. Took 11 days from the original carrier to YRC to my door in S. Florida. For YRCs part, the communications was excellent thru home delivery with a pallet jack, thru my phone calls for updates, all very professional and I even requested a change in delivery location on the day of deliver (very close) which they had no problem with. Honestly can not be happier for the service they provided me.

They missed pickup 2 days in a row after promising to make it after missing the original pick up date. This was for a new account of ours. They lack professionalism! Gave no notice that they couldn't pick up so we could make other arrangments. The bigger they are the worse the service seems to be folks.
