Your PlaymatReviews of yourplaymat.com

The card sleeves ended up as I specified, even under huge quantities. And the custom playmat that I specified was wonderful too. Nothing short of what I wanted out of my customization. It takes several business days for it all to print in bulk, but it is all worth it in the end. They also kept me on the update too, which helped a lot.

From the initial contact to the delivery, I was IMPRESSED with the customer support network in Your Playmat! The communication of delivery and quality of the product exceeded what I was looking for!

So I understand things happen in manufacturing and obviously so does your playmat. Once they realize there was an issue with my order they were prompt to replace it and make sure I was a happy customer. Thanks! Great Experience.

Ahhhhhh!!! So I've been in the field all this time, so sorry for the late update. 1st) Got my original order sent to me. The sleeves and mat are amazing!!! The sleeves surprisingly have grip, shuffle easy, and the art on it Is awesome!! The mat is insanely detailed. It's like they turned a photo and turned it into a mat, it doesn't even have any of the digital look to it. It's all clear. 2nd) I went ahead and gave them another chance by getting my wife a playmat. It came within a month and with AMAZONG QUALITY as well. Finally my deck, deck box, sleeves and mat fit my Ninja Deck theme!! I wish I could upload photos on this site. Because just talking about it isn't enough. Definitely recommend.

The quality of the mat is unbelievable every stitch so perfect, it’s soft better than the ones I’ve felt in stores. The picture I sent in was edited and sent back to me for approval, the staff were exceptional at communicating and being professional and friendly. The quality of the image is unbelievable they printer is ammmazing! If it gives me the option I shall post a picture… Thank you! Can’t wait to order another one

I ordered a custom mousepad with RGB installed on it. The shipping took about 45 days to arrive, I expected it to get here originally within 2-3 weeks. I was in contact with the customer service team and they sincerely apologized due to the long order time for my item to ship. They stated they've been having multiple shipping delays from there manufacturer and warehouses in China. I received a partial refund which was nice of them to do since I was on the urge to request a refund and cancel my order. I'm actually happy I didn't because the quality of the mousepad was worth the wait. I would only recommend that the company invests resolves there internal shipping problems since they're based out of China which can be problematic to resolve.

Needed a custom size, custom printed mat. Hard to find, but this was easy to order and arrived exactly as I expected. The delivery process is long, but they set expectations that it would be, no surprises there but something to be aware of. Still, 5 stars.

Order 5 custom playmat and 60 custom sleeves through yourplaymat.com. I was very impressed with the quality and design of our playmates and sleeves. Excellent size bigger then normal and great quality. Definitely worth the price and we will buy again.
