Horrible. Stay away. It took almost SIX weeks to even get this product. I ordered from a different place and had it in 5 days. They just made excuse after excuse. Just use ANYONE one else.

Quality takes time and effort, and the service was nothing short of remarkable and something to be admired! Not only that, but the product in development and in its finale is amazing. With constant updates on how the product is turning out and where it is in delivery, the “Your Playmat” team is punctual and clear in communication! The entire experience was good. I got emails for each step of the process, one to make sure that the image was what I wanted, and was able to track the playmat. It arrived today under two weeks and the mat itself is amazing.

I ordered a play mat. They subcontracted the printing to another country which I can not find this disclaimer on there website. Anyway, the printing quality was very poor. Feels like the 15 dollar improvment upgrade was a waste of money as the printing quality looks to have degraded the image. There emails with shipping details were lagging alot. The item was shoved in a damaged bag and posted out. Packaging very damaged. Item damaged at the sides. Could only upload one image when complaining to the company. Not hear anything back from them. Would not use this company again. Also warned others on twitter with packaging damage and side of item showing postage wear damage. I even tried on numerous other occasions to contact them before my item arrived but no response. Update 14th July. So the company got in touch with me after not contacting me for about a week after delivery. they said they would send out a second one. This time it was posted in a standard cardboard box but due to the elements of the world (rain.) the box got wet and the mat was wet as well. After drying it out there was no further damage. The printing quality was better but felt like iv been ignored over the postage methods used and they still don't care about over all postage protective care. The first mat should not of been put in a packet and had frayed edge damage. The second one should of been wrapped in something like protective film or bubble wrap before being put in a box at which this could of stopped the water damage which I was lucky to dry out. I really hope they sort out their problems. But based on my two experiences with this order i really can't recommend to any one.

Just got a custom mouse mat. Accidentally ordered wrong thing the first time, so ordered the correct thing then messaged them on facebook and got a very quick reply, first order was easily cancelled. 5* for customer service. 4.5* for quality of product. I am very happy with my mouse mat. I sent them a 4K image and while pixel detail is definitely lost. It looks great, the colours are excellent and true to the original. Not washed out or oversaturated. I didn't choose image enhancement as I wanted the image as close to original as possible. I wasn't disappointed. I'm assuming the detail level is limited by their printers. I have no idea how much better printers cost, but I would've payed up to £10 extra for a 'higher resolution' image on the mat itself. This might just not be feasible cost wise. Also, since it is a mousemat, it really doesn't matter.

The mouse mat is great. I got mine in a custom size to fit my desk, with a custom image. The print quality is high resolution, with clear definition of very fine details. I only wish that the mouse mat was of a thicker material. I have issues with my wrists, and going from my old 3mm mat to this new 2mm mat, you can really tell the difference between the materials. The old one was much more cushioned and felt 2x as heavy. Time will tell if it stands up to the normal daily abuse.

i ordered my mat initially in december and it had so many issues and got shipped back to them. granted they have had good communication, but my order still isnt here and it is april. they said that they had sent it again but still, nothing. at this point im considering getting my money back.

They delivered a great product fast and at a decent price.
