I wish I could upload a picture here. The mat is almost perfect and it’s frustrating. There’s a small part of the stitched edge that sticks out and looks like it wasn’t done correctly. It’s something once you notice you’ll always see. Overall the mat looks great it’s just unfortunate when you pay the extra 15 bucks for premium editing too that this happened. If I could no for a fact this wouldn’t happen again, I would order in a heartbeat again.

I ordered custom art card sleeves, they look amazing and feel amazing. When I first shuffled them it felt like butter, would 100% recommend if you have a non-meta deck and want to show off your favorite boss monster. Mine was HerculesKabuterimon from the Digimon TCG and I’m very very happy with how they turned out.

Their timeline at the holidays was completely incorrect, I ordered a christmas present for someone on 12/10 and didn't receive it until 1/17. I contacted them close to Christmas because I hadn't heard anything, and while they were apologetic, they didn't make things right. Based on their quoted timeline I expected the items prior to or directly after the new year. Obviously that didn't happen. No one reached out afterwards to make it right, even when I contacted them on 1/13 asking about why I still hadn't heard anything. That being said, quality seems nice on what I eventually received.

Placed an order for custom sleeves at YourPlaymat. User experience on the website was solid. Chose my product features. Uploaded an image. Received my sleeves neatly packed and in perfect condition. The custom image looks gorgeous and crisp on the sleeve. There are no dents or defects as well, which is sometimes an issue with sleeves. I also recently placed an order for custom sleeves through Dragon Shield. Their customs always come with a small “D” at the bottom of EVERY single sleeve, according to them for quality control. That was super frustrating as it was not mentioned upfront. So they lost me as a customer. I will definitely be using YourPlaymat for all custom sleeve needs in the future. I ordered some of their custom card sleeves with a unique design. On their site, they said that they would ship the product within a small time frame and in reality, it took far longer than expected. However, I emailed their support and I received an answer fairly quickly. Their support was very kind and explained why it was taking a while for the order to be shipped. When I did receive the product, I was pretty happy with it. It looked good and the design is very clear. It looks like the art was printed directly on the sleeves themselves. Thank you to Rachel for giving me support. The end product and service made up for the hiccup during production.

i ordered a custom made playmat on yourplaymat.com and it was 100% worth it! the colors are beautiful and, even though i didnt get the sharpest image (thats my fault), it still turned out better than i had thought! Customer service is great, they always reach out as quick as they can to answer questions and communicate. i am very greatful for the great playmat and i highly recommend if you are looking for a place to get premium custom made playmats!

These guys always make sure the sleeves are top quality, and the time I had an issue it was fixed ultra fast at no extra cost.
