Your PlaymatReviews of yourplaymat.com

Greetings potential customers! I willingly and without hesitation express that I did not get financial compensation or favors regarding this review. I am a loyal customer based on the merit and a lover of the quality results that I objectively and subjectively use to rate my custom playmat that I personally tested and evaluated based on my own judgment. I entrusted the vision of my playmat design "Omega Destination" to the staff members of YourPlaymat. "Omega Destination" utilizes the imagery and energies of the universe synergized with a black hole and a stylish skull with wings; it represents mostly the ending of all things as we know them, but yet also symbolizes in less emphasized fashion new beginnings that result in the aftermath of change's conclusion. To preserve this artistic ideal and to make it with Yugioh Trading Card Game/Official Card Game zones was not only well met, but also quite true that it surpasses my expectations in every way! Please do trust the talented and dedicated staff members of YourPlaymat to realize your fantasies into dazzling and transcendent realities that will create expressions of your own! From the past, present, and future, I implore you to give YourPlaymat your business!

“I couldn’t be happier with my purchases from Your Playmat! I’ve ordered three Pokémon playmats, all standard size with all the available perks, and I’m blown away by the quality each time. The mats are incredibly well-made, durable, and the colors are vibrant – they really make my games feel special. The texture is perfect for card games, and I can tell these mats will last a long time. Your Playmat is hands-down the best. If you’re looking for a quality playmat, don’t hesitate – they truly deliver a premium experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The playmats are amazing!! They are the perfect addition for my game of Root.

Under the custom standard playmat page the timeline specifies up to 4 to 6 days in production. I ordered a custom playmat in hopes for a tournament three weeks in advance. after 15 days, I messaged customer service and got a notice that this takes 14 days to produce. It has been way over 25 days and I have yet to see any results or shipment. After emailing their contact, I was told the item has shipped however the item is still awaiting shipment status and has had no movement at USPS since being given a tracking number. Terrible customer service. Update: I did receive the playmats after a month and they were great. This company requires patience and time.

The product arrived *exactly* as described, with well-sown edges, clear image quality, and without delays. *Definitely* worth ordering several now!

My overall experience was disappointing, which was unfortunate because I really liked the quality of the product. The product itself is nice - good quality printing and a nice texture on the back of the sleeves. The problem was, they did not give me all I ordered and provided unacceptable solutions to the problem. I ordered 100 sleeves. They shipped later than the quoted timeframe, first of all - but not a big issue. The problem was I received 99 sleeves. Anyone with a TCG deck knows that you cannot “partially sleeve” a deck, so I reached out to customer service looking for a solution. Their only solution was to offer a partial refund for the one missing sleeve. An absolutely absurd offer, given that the sleeves are useless to me if I cannot fully sleeve my deck - and not even withstanding the fact that it’s reasonable to expect a few *extra* sleeves in a custom order in case some break or get lost. I explained this was not a fitting solution, and offered to order another 100 of the same design if they could ensure it included 10 extras. This seemed reasonable to me, because 10 extras is a negligible cost in a full new order, and it would have made the first order’s issue right. However, they rejected this offer too and continued to only offer a partial refund for the missing sleeve, or a discount code for a new order. It’s a shame, because the sleeves are beautiful, but if customer service thinks this is an acceptable solution for shortchanging a customer, you might as well go with another company because you won’t be able to use your new sleeves anyway. And given how much I liked the product, this was honestly more disappointing than imagined.

I have ordered mats and sleeves previously, and just ordered a new playmat (Junji Ito style) and two sets of sleeves (again, Junji Ito style and another Sliver set). I have yet to be disappointed.

Horrible experience. I made an order about 2 months ago. Have followed up twice, once after a month due to no update. Support said they would check and get back to me, they did not. I received an email saying my order was ready for delivery. Weeks later still no update. I emailed again, support said they would check with production again and offered a partial refund. Days later, no refund in sight and I received a notification that one of my orders has been delivered to an address in Albuquerque. I live in Australia! That's ridiculous! And now I'm worried that a stranger has a customised card sleeve with a picture of my children on them. My items were meant to be gifts for my husband, but now it looks like he'll never receive them. Buyer beware!
