Your PlaymatReviews of yourplaymat.com

The whole process was simple. The playmat shipped fast and arrived in great condition. The playmat looks amazing I am so happy with how it turned out the quality is on point. I paid for editing which was an amazing experience they reached out quickly and the image fit perfectly the way I wanted it to. The details are crisp. Definitely will order again.

The mat looks really good. Amazing quality of material. The whole product looks premium and the premium editing they offer is really worth it. Definitely going to order again soon.

I’ve made 3 for each of my play groups birthday and they always come out perfect. They get the all colors correct and they really pop with great saturation and contrast.

Very dedicated and good shipping process! Playmat feels and looks great, for my first custom playmat I feel that I got very good treatment!

I ordered two play mats. After a couple days they emailed saying that one was low rez and offered to upgrade one mat for an additional fee. Since the image was indeed a low res google image, I bought the upgrade. Ordered on Nov 20 received on Dec 2. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying from them again.

This company is an enigma. I’m giving them 4 stars because each of my experiences so far have been great, personally. The product is genuinely great. It feels as high-quality as some “professional” mouse pads I have, and those don’t even have color-matched stitched edges; YPM does. The option to have them upscale and sharpen your image is nice, but as long as you supply a sufficiently sharp image yourself. It will turn out totally fine. The colors on mine look incredibly accurate even WITHOUT YPM’s enhancement. However, it does take every single day of the 14-business-day processing period for them to even start the mat, and shipping only after that. It would help if they didn’t wait for you to respond about upcharging for the aforementioned image enhancement. If I didn’t select it beforehand, I do not want it. Just makes the whole process take an extra day or two if you don’t respond “no” right away. I have no doubt they have these 1-star reviews because of their processing times, it is quite long and they don’t communicate that fact super well. But as someone that is rarely in a rush, I am reviewing the product mostly. I hope they do read this and make whatever changes they can; supply chain is hard.

Okay first off it took a while longer to receive my product than I anticipated. Why am ai giving them 5 stars? I need a unique size for my computer desk. I explored dozens and dozens of sites that lied saying I could have a custom sized desk mat. Your Playmat was the only one I could enter my size, NOT THEIR SIZE. Second great thing I got to design the deskmat I wanted to a TEE. I used the free art photo app called GIMP. Sent them my file and they did the hard work, and it exceeded the material quality that I had expected. Also my mouse pad took some time in customs. So that time is not their fault but customs. I would recommend this product to any of my family and friends.

Everything I've ordered has been great and they always give me updates on my order is going. Recommended them to multiple people after they see my playmats and sleeves.
