I received a new 40W laser for my 6550 and no instructions came with it. I gathered that the installation was the same as my 5W laser but an extra part (a metal cylinder) came with it. I contacted the help desk in the evening and the very next morning Jeremy replied that the cylinder was used as a distance measurement between the lens and the work. I am thankful for the excellent and prompt response from the Yora rep. Now if something could be done about the shipping out of China, the DHL duties are a pain.

It was a Sunday and Mother’s Day at that! I’ve been needing a part for my Silverback for a few days so I thought I’d send a question to the support team. I didn’t really expect a reply back for a day or two but I had a reply from Jeremy in less than 30 minutes! He sent me the information I needed and I went ahead and ordered the part! I got another reply from him saying that he had the part boxed up and ready to ship out! Now that’s some outstanding service!!! I’m writing this review before I have the part but I don’t have any doubt that I will be getting it soon!!! Thanks Jeremy!

I had a problem with my 6550 machine parts, got in touch with support asking how much a replacement part would be responded the same day and ordered the part, My fault for auto filling the delivery address, and it took weeks to arrive, finally got the part which was the wrong piece... got back in touch, and hopefully the correct part is on its way, misunderstandings on Both our parts, but quickly rectified. Great company.

I have problems with my spindle upgrade on my 3018 would not fit properly lost some bed size due to a oversight on the company. After contacting them they thanked me and was going to make the corrections it will be a while before they solve the problem I know but I feel that they will.very satisfied

Have contacted customer service for help on multiple occasions only to be ignored and when I did finally talk to someone the acted like did not care about my issues still waiting on a call back that has not been returned in over 2 weeks

Jeremy and Nick tried to fix my issue how ever removing the 500 watt upgrade ad reinstaling it has seemed to remedy my issue. I thank them for their patients and suggestions and answers. they are excellent customer service technicians.

When ordering the new Yorahome 6550 Honeycomb platform I selected the 'US' instead of 'UK' variant therefor paying the wrong amount. This was quickly spotted and my order was saved whilst I was contacted, allowing me to send the shortfall. Who can fault that for service?

The service response was great - thank you for Geno's persistent in getting a good understanding of my issue that he was able to successfully correct my problem.
