YoraHomeReviews of yorahome.com

Commonly with businesses, I find that a broken part= they usually will give you trouble and say they don't sell replacement parts. I emailed Yora, and I was able to buy a replacement part for an acrylic piece that broke. Instead of jumping through hoops, and having to experiment to replicate the part, they were able to help! I will note, it could be useful to have individual files for some of the pieces (like the acrylic plates you must cut) in order for people to create them themselves. I have better peace of mind if I know there is a reliable system in place for replacement parts. That said, knowing Yora will work with me to find a solution: I feel comfortable to level up my workspace with CNC routers + etc. because they seem to be trustworthy- and if something breaks, they will help you find a solution- where, in essence, I don't have to buy a whole new machine for a faulty part. Reliable company! and speedy responses.

(Originally 1 star review) The cable that was sent to me was broken. I reached out on July 8, 2026 and they said they would be getting them from their manufacturer. After that I received no communication and had reached out multiple times. I finally created another "ticket" and got immediately reprimanded for doing so - and that I should have known that they were just waiting for the cable. I apologized for creating that new ticket and now know that I am still waiting - although be it 6 weeks later. Luckily I am just using the $2000 machine for a hobby. But if you are expecting to run a business, please ask yourself if you can wait 6+ weeks for a part when you have no income coming in. Still waiting with no updates.... 8/25/2026 Update: 9/12/2026 Just received the part today - 8 weeks in mind you... so I'm increasing the review to 2 stars. Without the Trust Pilot review, I would still be waiting for the part no doubt.

I've had to use support twice in two years for two different, challenging issues that were largely caused by something that I did incorrectly. In both cases, they were timely, patient, helpful, and right on the money with solutions.

I have owned my YoraHome Silverback 6060 for 3+ years and never had any issues. I began having a few random issues with the Y axis Y1 motor. It was acting flakey and losing position. I contacted YoraHome support and they were quick to respond with a small list of items to investigate and verify. In doing so, I found one wire terminal screw loose within the controller box. Once tightened, I restarted the unit, homed the machine and synchronized the Y1/Y2 motors. The YoraHome support team lead me to the direct cause of the issue and I was able to resolve it without buying parts and doing trial and error diagnosis. Thank you!!

Jim was very helpful and swift with his solution. I have been very pleased with my yorahome product and the customer service associated with it.

Anytime I have a problem I always hear back from them in a timely manner and they are able to help me get to the fix for my problem. Yorahome had the best customer service I have ever used

The support experience and professionalism is way beyond excellent. Responses are timely and solutions are impeccable. I have to compliment Jim R. for a recent installation discrepancy. Jim followed this right up to the very end and a solution was found and fixed. Thank you
