Mark was really helpful. He tried the best he could through email, but realized it would take a video call to resolve my problems. After coordinating through a 7 hour time difference, we managed to connect; and now I feel confident I can correct most issues myself now.

Great problem solvers even in software.

Never heard of YoraHome until I started looking for an engraving machine, just a little thing to do a small job with my hobby. I finally found YoraHome on the web late 2021. Machines looked great but out of my budget range. Kept looking, but kept coming back to YoraHome. Saved enough funds to purchase a small 3018 Pro. Had problems making the purchase on the web, emailed support, tried again next day and guess what purchase completed and looking forward to receiving the order. Received welcome email from Alban and Jeromy took care of my support queries. Very helpful team. Received the order June 2, am very excited to have the parcel in hand. Got here in reasonable time from China. Not well at the moment so looking forward to assembling as soon as I get better.

Geno worked with us on our problem very patiently. We are new at engraving and know almost nothing about how to use the machine or software. He quickly discovered how to solve our issue. Jeremy and Nick are also really good at what they do. Thank you so much!

Bought a silverback 1m x 1m back in March of this year. Never had any CNC backround or anything, and had this up and going super fast! Machine is working flawlessly, and very happy with my purchase! Came back not even 2 months later and bought a diode laser engraver. Again, no experience with these, but they are so fast to help you out with whatever problems you're having, I thought I couldn't lose! These guys (and gal) are the best! Definitely great response time to help out, and also, their fb community is also very helpful as well, so I never feel stuck with anything.
