Yora I purchased the 6550 laser with the 40W head Feb.15, 2022. The laser is good. I like the size, can engrave on large items. I would like to have safety limits, but just have to know your platform. Now the rotary tool is complete garbage. Do not buy it!! Customer support is good, but if you wait over 45 day for replacement or swap, no luck. Save your money, and buy another rotary. the issues with the rotary is the motor will turn and will not turn the glass/cup. You may get 4 out of 10 cups to engrave correctly. If customer support was more willing to help over 45 days, I would give a better rating. Customer support was not rude, but not helpful. They said to contact tech support but i have had success with the rotary, so i know how to use it, but it is not consecutive. It is a major pain to use. Watch the video on how to use it on the web page and you will see that you are to use a rubber band to keep tension on a small roller wheel, which does not work. The glass/cup will slip and then the glass/cup is not engraved correctly and have to be thrown away. I have thrown away more glasses then i have kept.

Easel program makes it easy to operate. The problem I have is that I’m experiencing some issues and their customer service is horrible. It’s been over 3 weeks since I reached out to them regarding my issue. They wanted pictures/videos of the problem. I did so and still haven’t had any solution to my issue. I also didn’t receive the adapter to my laser. It’s just been a struggle with them. I wish I just paid the extra money and bought an inventable.

I buy my Machine last August, less than 6 months later wiring harness BEAKS, not cut BREAKS. The only response from support is new harness is $10 support from group moderator, BUY THE DRAG CHAIN and this would have never happened, all of my work has been on less than 12" of total work space. I really feel they should beef up their wiring harnesses and stop using the cheapest wire on the market EVER, it's not like it needs to be micro fine to fit IN tools.

I called and talked to a gentleman back around inApril May asked about what thickness the machine cut if it could cut 1/2 inch wood he said there would be a new machine coming out in Aug. so I waited then to find out its sold out

Lack of response to a question !

I ordered the machine and it came with all the tools and instructions but I watched the YouTube videos and it did take me quite some time now there are two programs that are available and they offer or say that there is over 3,000 people to support you online but I haven't found anybody that could help and every time I tried calling it's like they don't want you to be on the phone to talk to you and help you they just keep trying to tell you to chat with people online or watch videos.i got a 1hr free session...itnwas only 25mins and had to call me 5 times because his mobile location kept cutting off...so far I'm more impressed with the machine that I am the customer service by far... they forget that they are offering a machine to a lot of first-time users and we need a little bit more help just to start Engraving and the lack of effort and time that the staff are making available makes me question buying another machine if I need any help.

Great welcoming to the community, however trouble shooting help leaves a lot to be desired, the software has set up my machine placing the left bottom corner in the center area of my workspace, laser is not very powerful, so I have not used this much out of the box since it requires a lot of manipulation.

Was a little hard to follow the instructions for assembly. Once together you have to pretty much wing it. There is still so much that I haven't figured out. So many settings that should have came as a cheat sheet to get started.
