We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the efforts we have made to resolve your issue; and we understand that this can be very frustrating. Due to high demand, we unfortunately did not have a replacement controller in stock in the UK - so to avoid a delay in shipping from overseas, the request was made to get your controller to our technician for analysis and repair as soon as possible. As soon as our UK technician received your controller, they made the repair an immediate priority, despite other customers that may have needed assistance. The tech spent 4 hours ensuring that all connections were corrected, as well as testing the machine through multiple iterations to ensure it was operating correctly. They have then dispatched the return to you via the first available route - which unfortunately will be delivered on the next business day. It is admittedly unfortunate that there was a loose connection inside the controller; it is said that to err is human - these machines are assembled by people, and mistakes can occasionally occur. It is our belief that we have made every effort to get your machine repaired as quickly as possible - moving to the head of the queue past other customers that may have been waiting, as well as getting it to the available courier as quickly as possible. Thanks for your review, Bob. I'm sorry to hear that you've had this negative experience with our service. We went above and beyond to try to help you, but you refused to provide some additional information for us to determine if there was a hardware fault on the machine, so that we could provide replacement parts. We provided you with a Return Authorization, with the understanding that the machine would be inspected, and if there were no defects, any return would be subject to our posted returns policy; including any restocking fees. This Return Authorization was provided to you on February 21, 2022 – well beyond our normal warranty period. You chose to wait over 3 months to try to ship the machine back; at that time, you were notified that the shipment would be refused on our end, as the Return Authorization was no longer valid. We have no way of knowing what other tasks were completed during that timeframe, and cannot accept a return 8 months after purchase (your machine was delivered in early October 2021). We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase, but we must abide by our posted policies. Thanks for your review, Irv. I'm sorry to hear that you've had this negative experience with your laser. Laser life is dependent upon operating methods and proper care. Running at full power repeatedly will greatly shorten the life of the laser due to thermal stress on the circuitry. Not taking advantage of routine cooldown stages during long projects can also overheat and damage your laser in the long run, whether you use our laser or not. As they are powerful electro-optical devices with a finite life span, laser modules should be considered as a type of "consumable" item requiring occasional replacement. Your laser is more than six months old now, and and out of warranty. It may be time to replace it with a new one. Our estimated shipping time is usually around 1 and 10 business days. For small accessories shipping in USA, we work with USPS. We offered you to ship it with FedEx, you considered it to be too expensive. On top of that, USPS, including many express companies are experiencing delays in shipping due to the Covid-19 and the holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thanks
