I was needing a replacement part and was sent what I needed. My unit is older and the laser wasn’t compatible with the control board. I called back and they worked tirelessly until my problems were resolved. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

I just received my silver back 6060 a little over a week ago .I absolutely love it !!! I am old school ( not very good with computers ) I have had excellent customer service on a a few questions I had from tec support and from the face book user group ! Extremely great experience all the way around!
