Yokkao is a dishonest company that engages in false advertisement. Under Yokkaos shipping policy listed on its website they advertise free standard shipping over $200 USD excluding period of sales. I confirmed this with a team member 6 days ago via email. Yesterday as I was checking out I noticed there wasn't a free shipping option as advertised so I contacted customer support. I had the displeasure of speaking to a team member named WAN. He asked me to provide screenshots of this free shipping policy implying that I was lying. I attached the screenshot, my conversation with the past team member, and also directed him their own website where the policy is listed. yokkao.***/pages/shipping After Wan reviewed the evidence he replied back to me stating "Thank you for providing additional information and for sharing your previous conversation with our customer service team. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding our shipping policy. While it's true that free shipping was temporarily removed during the SONGKRAN24 sale, our team has decided not to reinstate it at this time. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request for free shipping or a discount at this time" As you can see this is complete false advertisement and poor customer service. Do not shop with them if you have any self respect for yourself.

Fast shipping, Great quality, rubberized logos and detailed drawstrings etc on top of high quality printing, the colors pop. Can tell they will hold up through sweat/ workouts. Looks good inside/outside of gym. Fit is perfect.

I was satisfying with how how quality the product was. I was concerned about how the quality would he considering it’s from a different country, but it was actually extremely nice. Not to mention it shipped to me quicker than I anticipated.

My first pair of matrix gloves from Yokkao Size 18oz , my first impressions are quality made gloves , nice tight snug fit; excellent padding for protection, they are going to take some breaking in . I’m looking forward to training with these gloves.

I placed an order almost 2 months ago. I've sent numerous mails to customer services for an update, but all im told is my "order is being processed". I have no idea when or if my goods will be delivered. I certainly would never use them again. Primo or Fairtex from now on!
