After discussing with Mae, she was able to help me exchange my clothes for the right size. I am very grateful Mae acted with genuine care and appreciation for loyal Yokkao customers. I bought the Angry Tiger 12 oz gloves. They are great gloves with a good fit, excellent design, and quality materials. Communication with Yokkao was also excellent, which made the purchase much more comfortable.

They were quick and professional and after the Service "Shop" messed up my delivery address and put the wrong one in after I had tried to enter the correct one, Jose and his team fixed it to ensure my package goes to the correct place.
