I ordered a 205DS Stick Welder but it was damaged during shipment (shipping box torn and the welder case and chassis were dented). This was obviously due to poor handling by UPS and not the fault of Yes Welder. I submitted a report (with photos) to Customer Service the same day and received a prompt reply within 24 hrs. They voluntarily decided to send me a new unit, at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier. With any luck I will have a new welder soon and be ready to lay down a few beads. The Customer Service at Yes Welder is one of the best.

Yeswelder is my introduction to a welding company and welding. I had a question about my welder order and if it could be modified...I was trying to save a little money. I was told that it could not be changed because it had already been paid for and processed. I thought that was the end of it until I got an email for a gift card, reflecting the savings I was after. I have NEVER had a company do something like that of it's only volition, without a ton of pleading. If their welders are as good as the customer service, they've got a customer for life. It's so rare to find a company that actually puts it's customers first, without hesitation, instead of giving a bunch of lip service like most. Kudos to you Yeswelder for setting a higher standard.

So to start I had come across this YesWelder from youtube at the almost perfect time. It was during Welders Day or Week. At the time it was a 20% off sale going on but I wasn't quite ready to buy that particular day. Long story short, sale ended 1 day before I was ready to purchase. So i bought the welder and a few other items using a 10% off code. Well fastforward about 3 weeks and YesWelder now has the 20% off sale going again for black friday. So I took at chance at emailing them about possibly getting the cost difference refunded to me. And to my surprise Raymond came threw for the win and actually granted my request. It wasnt a refund by it was a gift card to use and of course who doesnt love gift cards. Good job Raymond and YesWelder will definitely have my support going forward.

Raymond with Yeswelder support has helped me with my AC/DC 250 P tig welder when it stopped working. I contacted Yeswelder support regarding my welding machine and the problem I was experiencing. My welding machine just stopped working. Raymond from Yeswelder support immediately responded back and assisted me with troubleshooting my welder. I grew up making art and music and the reptar vibe from the hood I knew I had to have it. Honestly I was skeptical but my shop issued me a lender Miller and with the aggressor hood I have so much better vision and the side views offer depth persecuting which gives me more info on where I am for better and more consistent welds 10/10 for function and vision. My shop trained me on a Miller and I had a hard time seeing. Side views plus larger view are HUGE and I have improved my welds every day.
