I purchased a welding helmet from YesWelder and am very happy with it. I also use it for plasma cutting and I’m impressed with how comfortable it is as well as how clearly I can see through the lens. Recommend! Not to mention, they shared one my videos to their social media! Awesome. Thanks YesWelder.

I was missing an earth clamp when I received my welder. Contacted customer service. They provided quick follow up. Received the missing clamp within a week (this was all handled, shipped and received during holiday times). Welder works great. Keep up the great products and service

Purchased a MIG-135 during Black Friday. Received an email one month later with no contact that the order is cancelled. Check the website and the welder is still available to be ordered with a higher listed price. Yeswelder tried to cancel my previous order to force me to re-order the same item as a higher price of $51. Called customer service and they were not willing to help; told them that this behavior (of not honoring a paid purchase to force a higher price is illegal in my province). Awaiting a response; I will update this review but I warn any potential buyers to avoid this vendor until they show credibility.

I bought the aggressor welding helmet for my father for Christmas. So happy to see him happy. From the quality product, to delivery and great customer service. I will be using yes welder again for welding needs! Thanks again to the Yes welder fam! Happy Holidays!!

After 7 months of enjoyment of working on my rv trailer project by using TIG -250 AC/DC welder, the HF problem stopped my schedule. Like the first time I got quick support when the torch was burned Ana team sent me warm feed back just in the same day of reporting the problem. When I followed the instructions to sent pic and clips they gave me positive solution in the midnight of Saturday. They sent another new TIG-250 to me! That means I totally feel free to go on my project just after weekend. I feel Yeswelder look like my backbone! I decided to built aluminum material based rv trailer on my 71 birthday in March. To achieve it I know it’s tough round to go in learning welding. Yeswelder turned my dream to truth. Tig-250 ac/dc is a great machine. It’s strong and tough. Mostly I have to use more than 190A in summer in my grange to weld different thickness of aluminum shapes together. That’s not easy b/c not only by my finger but my friend Tig-250. Now I can see the light in the front.now I achieved it. Thanks for TIG-250 Thanks for Ana team., she is the one who takes care me like family member! Thank for new star of welding industry— Yeswelder!

Customer service was great. They asked for a pic of the problem and within a week I had a complete new welder and got to keep the first as a spare. Just awesome service and the machine welds like a high dollar name brand. Thanks Yeswelder

Upon receiving my CUT-55DS there were two internal air leaks. The one at the air gauge I was able to correct but the other one on the back of the unit I broke the brass fitting try to stop the leak. Contacted customer service and they requested photos of the broken part. After several days I received an email from customer service that they were sending me a new plasma cutter and to keep the one I had. The replacement plasma cutter I received appears to be an updated version of the CUT-55DS. Excellent customer service cant't ask for anything more !!!

Customer service is great! Shipping was fast. Everything arrived in good condition and works like it should.
